Meeting with Boise city official

Ladies and gentlmen,
Today while people were still enjoying thoughts of their vacation or perhaps still on vacation with their families i stayed home conversing with yet another higher ranking capitol city official that yet left me with one more confirmation that not only didn't i need and left me fear of my government but also gave me a clearer understanding if what our government knows about freedom, liberty and power and is as misguided as it seems.

I have posted many abuses of government power the last few years and have written a lot about the continual aggressive usurpations of government in attempt to wake people up to the sad reality we face even here in Idaho and even posted the latest story with regards to our local law enforcement and my kids.

The one thing that this personal incident did was allow me to see first hand how bad things are even though i knew beforehand. Since this was now personal it allows me to not only fight against it but to have readers learn just how bad things are. I will use these instances to this end in an effort to educate people and to consider an alternative to government tyranny in an effort to restore the principles of freedom in a land that appears not to want it anymore.

Early last week i wrote a city official a chronology of events regarding my sons traffic stop and by the end of the week i received a call to meet to discuss it which was set for this morning.

When i got through to him, i was elated that this man was as kind and courteous to me as he was, almost a rarity these days since we have become subservient subjects to a tyrant king or court. He seemed like a man of honor and integrity, also a family man with many children, i was sure this conversation would go well.

When i began with my story, he listened intently, he never interrupted, never got angry and allowed me to verbalize my passion for history and law and even allowed me to debate with him a bit and for that i am grateful but what came afterward was one if the biggest let downs i have ever heard, not necessarily because of what he said but because what he said was the same thing as every government official... " he admires my passion but my understanding of history if law is my opinion!?"

Is law subject to my opinion or just the opinion of government or was law meant to be applied equally and consistently with the understanding that the power was inherent in the people and not in government? Was mot the purpose of government to protect the rights of the people by honoring their oath and limitations if public office? And wasn't law to protect the innocent while punishing this that are guilty or wrongdoing? Can government legitimately expand its power without the authority if the people? Can government lie to its people and redefine its terms and legitimately not be fraudulent in its application of its operation of its government created authority?

I asked what the hierarchy of law was and he stated it was statutes and scotus case law, when i asked about the constitution he said that no case law was unconstitutional because " the supreme court has ruled..."

I asked him to think if his belief in the supreme court as supreme authority is consistent with his self stated knowledge of history and the Founders principles of freedom and how the Founders can leave the tyranny of an english king and his decrees for nine in black robes?

Is it consistent that the people in their fight for freedom , that left the security of one nation, would just a few decades later submit to a supreme authority and have that authority be the final arbiter of mans rights?

This is completely inconsistent with not only the history of this nation but it defies the understanding and purpose of the creation if government and misplaces the inherent power and authority from the people to its government!

Anyway, to make a long story short, we communicated for about an hour and what i was left with was that according to an ex law enforcement officer thats job is to oversee them to protect the people, nothing had violated our rights or their administrative policy so they decided to close the case withiut even telling me.

Logically, how can a government entity, hire an ex law enforcement officer as the head if the oversight committee for law enforcement that exists to protect its people when you know the allegiance would be to protect his own over that of the people that pay his salary and retirement? No conflict if interest?

Anyway, if your worried about your rights, forget em, you don't have any! Do you know why? Because the supreme court and each government entity regardless of their ability to make law has the final say on those that pay their salary, retirement and benefits and your knowledge of law and your ability to hold them accountable was a pipe dream because when it all comes down to having government answer to one of its people, they can say that their policy prevents it not to mention them saying "we cant give legal advice!"

The one ray of hope i saw was when he told me that he knows every day that he has to deal with his hypocrisy and struggles to stand where he does and where he believes he should. Please pray for this man, and pray that he was not only convicted by our conversation but that he will begin to stand where he knows he needs to not where others tell him to because of a paycheck!

Will men stand as men on principle or sell themselves, their freedom, their children and that authority entrusted to them to protect that freedom for a paycheck paid for by those expecting that protection?

"Ignorance is no excuse?"

Today was interesting that i recieved a call out of no where from a guy that found me while searching for corruption in Gem county, i cant wait to hear his story ad it comes on the heels of many others the last few years. The rest of the day was researching idaho govt ethics and going through title 49 if the idaho statutes! What is interesting is that the entire volume of codes is completely contradictory! For example, title 49-654-2 states clearly that the speed lit on the interstate is 75mph but the interstate is marked at 65, why? Evidently the legislative branch, the only lawful authority to make laws thinks it has given authority to ITD the power to change speed limits without legislative approval and ITD has acted upon this authority. What is interesting to note is that i have on record a magistrate that confirmed that ITD does not possess that power!

In thinking deeper on the subject we find that the legislature has apparently given every political subdivision the authority to make law including Idaho public utility commission, ITD, board of education , law enforcement and on and on!

I am left with many questions but one stands out above the rest...
What the hell is going on in a state and country where people pledge allegiance to a flag thankful for freedom they no longer possess?

How can any political subdivision administratively create ordinances and policies and apply them to the people? If people oppose these policies what then is their redress?
There isn't one because it isn't legislatively created and therefore not subject to scrutiny by the judicial branch?!!!

Police state kids- home grown guilt!

Today in this alleged land of the free another story comes to me by someone that heard me on 580kido am boise on my morning rant from Sandpoint idaho. Evidently she heard me, looked up my website at www.tommunds.com, read my posts and thought i could do something for her.

This story , sad to say, is happening so frequently and is so typical that it seems many have become conditioned to such behavior and allow it without any regard to the encroachment on their rights and apparently the earlier they can scare our kids the more submissive people will be as adults.

A young kid with a few friends are pulled over one night for going 5 mph over the speed limit, when pulled over the cops suspect the driver was drinking under age, but did not test him, the officers trick them by saying they know what it was like when they were young like their buddies and get them to submit to a search where they find unopened beer in the truck, the driver, untested gets charged with a DUI and must obtain an SR22.

A few months later after he gets through his issues and has insurance he gets busted for not dimming his high beams fast enough as probable cause for another vehicle search when they find a small plastic wrapper with an immeasurable amount of a leafy substance and stated it was marijuana. The kid not knowing it was there or even if it was mj thought since he was driving that it would be appropriate to take responsibility as it would seem favorable to the officer. He was charged with possession and intent to distribute.

On probation with is sr22 payment being deducted from his debit account, loses his debit card one night and applies for another. Waiting for its replacement this kid forgets that his sr22 payment is debited from his account because his account is frozen.

Days before his new card arrives, his insurance payment attempted to go through his account and was denied due to insufficient funds. Due to the fact that this kid had a job and knew he needed to make his payment and was between a rick and a hardplace drives hoping that timing between the payment, his debit card and not getting pulled over, he drives to work hoping that it will work out and that if pulled over, the officers would be understanding

On the way home, after dark, he gets pulled over again for going 5 mph over the speed limit with no one on the road. He gets charged with probation violation, with DWP and the 5 mph was allegedly " probable cause"

In reading this post you may ask yourself whats the significance of this post? May i suggest if you have to ask you may be one of those that have also been conditioned to this form of tyranny.

You see, before this country was founded men under the tyrannical oppression of a king came to this new land to be free, sovereign and independent.

In the establishment of a new nation, the people created government specifically to protect their unalienable rights of life, liberty and property.

After years pass people with personal agendas, wealth and power have worked to undermine the limitations imposed on government and have taken the inherent power from the people and today using it against them, no longer to protect our rights but rather to dictate them, to incrementally remove each and every right until all rights we have are controlled by the one entity that was to preserve freedom of the people not to strip it away.

Our children today, live in a police state! They are conditioned at a young age to buy the fact that their rights never came from God, were not unalienable but were soley dependent on what government says they are and nothing could be more evident than in the way our law enforcement treats its people especially its kids.

Today our kids fear law enforcement because the parents of these kids were taught to fear government through unlawful submission.

I believe it was Jefferson that stated "when people fear their government. There is tyranny but when the government fears the people we have freedom."

This nation was founded on a free, sovereign and independent people, where government was to protect our rights and preserve them for future generations but instead has been trained to restrict these rights and freedoms in the name of security.

And you wonder what's wrong?

Its been close to 5 years now since i have had my rude awakening where with each passing day i see the clear reality and gravity of our situation not in one facet of society but in each and every part and i stay up nights wondering just what it will take to save us if its even possible.

The one part that i seemed to have the most trouble with and that consequently was the part i tried to avoid was the area of law because i thought it was too complex for a simple mind to

For years i fought against being sucked into vortex of legal-ease and eventually realized all my efforts to resist couldn't compare to the force that overcame that effort so realizing this i decided to jump in.

Since that time of contemplation and resistance I have continued to have these rude awakenings that would be considered nothing short than horrifying!

What am i talking about? We all know that every part if the system is corrupted but what i see on a daily basis are people that are hurt, not by their neighbor through minor discrepancies but average people protecting themselves against any variety of government entities with an apparent mission to abolish life, liberty and property instead of protecting it and these lusted examples are only a few of many!

This apparent government mission for those that don't know, would be considered impossible and unbelievably ludicrous, a "tin hat moment"if you will.

What i have seen from personal experience in this once land of the free where the power was once inherent in the people and government was created to protect their rights is now anything but free!

Weve had every single right that was inherently ours be restricted by our government, even a declaration of rights that declared no government could touch.Weve had people go to jail for speeding tickets without speeding, weve had people beaten by law enforcement for claiming their sovereignty, as free people, we have had people thrown in jail for possession of a controlled substance whether on purpose or by accident without committing a crime, we've had department of education arrest people for administrative policy violations, banks tell mortgage holders that they are unable to help them until they are late on payments then sell their house from under them, the irs, dhs and dot have full authority to restrict the rights of people without congressional approval, congress enters into treaties that shackle us as a free nation. Kids and parents are being harassed by law enforcement, teachers, staff at school subject to search and seizure without probable cause, the feds tell our kids what to eat , think feel and say then poison our food , water, air, control our energy, natural resources and then regulate our businesses or ship them over seas while instead of paging down the national debt they re on anrelentless speding spree killing any possibility of prosperity, we have a supreme court without the power and right to create laws that take forcefully take from the fruits of our labor, through ungodly unlawful heavy taxation and we wonder what the problem is?

I sit in court rooms watching the three ring circus and people are non the wiser. Those that don't know are being neutered and castrated by the system that was to protect them by judges, attorneys, and prosecutors that are a members of the same private organization, the state says that only licensed attorneys can practice law and must be a member of the bar but no one questions the fact that they have no license and that the bar has no congressional mandate to have exclusive authority to represent people in a court room . We are no longer allowed trial by jury but trial by judge, the outcome of each case is a direct conflict of interest according to their own rules and we wonder whats wrong?

We have a nation thats history is wrought with bankruptcy that dated back to ben franklin and a deal made with Britain, thats promise to pay was terminated by the replacement of he statues at large with the us code, we have title 11 that was premeditatedly created to forgive their own debt taking the position of both the debtor and the creditor, while forgiving that debt still making the people responsible for it and for bankruptcy to be used for us instead of the government that it was created for and we wonder whats wrong?

We have the federal reserve that was created in 1913, the bankruptcy in 33, the confiscation o f gold in 33 and silver in 67 then the replacement of silver certificates for federal reserve notes that were never meant to be currency because it was backed by nothing and created to keep the people subservient to a system of slavery and we wonder whats wrong?

We have a global elite thats mission is to bring america to its knees, to destroy its nationalism submitting to the world tyrants, our government has submitted to them for our enslavement and regulation of every move we make through a multitude of treaties. The us government has submitted to the united nations and other world organization, the feds are overrun ing the states and counties and the cities overrun their people exchanging the false hope of security at the sacrifice of freedom that has no bounds and we wonder what the problem is?

We remove god from school, prayer from school and replace it with moral relativism, marxism and other anti american , anti american history, multicultural garbage encouraging fornication, self mutilation and the killing of innocent life as a choice and we wonder whats wrong?

Maybe whats wrong is that through incrementalism we have failed to see the entire list of failures as a nation or maybe were just not paying attention. God forbid that we just no longer care!

If you care, get involved, its late in the game but your kids need you. If you think your life is for your own enjoyment while allowing your kids to enter into slavery you are wrong, your life as a parent is to preserve freedom and liberty for your kids. If you love them stand for them because not standing is a fate worse than death!

People ask me what the solution is and its actually quite simple. First we must kneel before almighty God, pay attention, we must become educated and stand with others that are, we need to stand united, firm and adamantly ,as respectfully ad possible, oppose any creation of law that restricts the rights of the people and not be afraid knowing that if we allow a brother to stand alone, he will surely fall.

This nation is in free fall, and you have a choice. What will you say when your kids asked you what you did to protect their freedom?

Boise police continues to harass...

My son moved out just a few short months ago with a positive attitude. He is a young law abiding taxpaying man with his life full of promise. He has incredible looks, attitude, intellect, love for his family and friends and is loved by all hat know him.

Within weeks things seemed to change and real life set in. He had a job and is going to school to better himself with a rewarding career and now finds he no longer had the time to do as he wished and sees the world much differently.

My son not only finds that he no longer has the time he once had but thanks to law enforcement, no longer feels he has the freedom he once had, his attitude has changed dramatically because now he sees the things, related to current events, that I have been telling him about regarding the continual encroachments of government on our freedom and now believes me.

Beginning weeks after he moves out, he got a ticket for no front license plate, that he actually had on his dashboard, which we were told was actually ok, because he didn't have the holes in his bumper. As a matter of fact I told him not to worry about it because I didnt think it was that important because officers typically pull you over from behind anyway.

When my son was pulled over he didn’t  receive a fix it ticket or warning but penalties and fines and exceed their limits by asking him for his license and registration of which he failed to produce current insurance for which he told the officer was current. The officer not only not gave him a warning but also gave him a ticket for insurance to pay a fine.

Three days later he was traveling in Payette county and was pulled over because his license plate still was not put on because he hadn’t had time to put it on. My son again receives a fine for not only the license plate put failure to provide insurance again!

Weeks after securing the front license plate, he gets pulled over again, this time because the plate was crooked then again asked for license and registration and once again hit with a penalty because he didn’t have his insurance card because he hadn’t been home to get it!

Isn’t it a bit strange that he got hit twice in a week when two weeks later after he secured his plate the best he could without holes, he gets pulled over going eastbound by a west bound officer at 11pm because his front license plate allegedly was still not secure when in fact it was. He again was asked for his driver’s license and insurance card and was still ticketed with the license secured with a bolt and a cable tie?!
After this rash of detainments the past weeks were enough to pull the skin off my face until I got a call from my wife.

Evidently, My son and a few friends decided to go out to celebrate his 21st birthday. All was well while they were out to dinner, they finished and decided to stop at a gas station before heading home when as they pulled in they noticed an officer parked there.

After getting gas and a six pack of beer, the boys decided to pull out of the station and minutes later pulled up in front of their home when as they stopped were met with twirling lights from the officer from the gas station again!!!

The officer asked them if they knew why they were pulled over and the officer stated they failed to come to a complete stop before entering the roadway from the gas station and were speeding at 40mph in a 35mph?!

The officer asked the usual about drinking, license and registration when one of the boys handed them a concealed carry permit. At that time, six backup officers and a k-9were called.
When asked, the two kids stated they had a sip but the driver had not been drinking but the driver was tested for alcohol anyway?

The kids were then demanded to get out of the car and the car was searched with the k-9 dog while the kids were told to sit on their hands.

The officers as they were searching the car were laughing at the kids telling them that this was a birthday they would never forget.

The car was searched, the kids were harassed and after they were done the kids were let go.

When I called the watch commander he stated that he spoke to the officer and the officer said they were all drinking. The commander also stated he didn’t do a formal investigation but stated that normal protocol is to have the same amount of officers on the scene as those detained.

I told him my call was to find out what happened and to discuss it with my son and get back to them.

For those that have no clue, this is a major excessive use of unnecessary force and if left unchecked will result in yet more continued encroachments on people that were meant to be free and innocent until proven guilty and are not!

I will be pushing this on principle because due to the multitude of police violations, its time to address this issue and put a stop to this if possible which is doubtful.

My son had tremendous respect for those around him but suddenly in his effort to function normally and decently in society, he now feels like a criminal. I apologized as I told him, welcome to your future!

Weary and disheartened

Although today was fun, as I enjoy interaction with people, it was also a very sad and disappointing day as well.

I had the great privilege talking to people but to hear their story of their hardships and the injustices that have come upon them i was outraged!

How have we, in this "land of the free" become slaves subservient to a tyrannical power and somehow mistake it for freedom? It isn't!

For example, i was told by an attorney , a member of the bar. allegedly to help represent people in court, that allegedly knows law that the supreme court has the authority to determine our rights and that the supreme court judges are supreme in their authority?

When i asked where they received their authority, he said by their own supreme court decision! WHAT???

Also today that government agencies and magistrates have immunity from being sued also given to them by the supreme court?

I would like to challenge any government entity to debate this issue anywhere because the authority they have, they have stolen from the people preying on the peoples ignorance!

What is interesting is that since i emailed the link out this morning, i have already been called racist?

How can i be racist? Is sexual preference now gained equal stays as race?

I am called homo phobic? If phobia is fear of sodomites, Would i have put myself in a room or enter a parade in opposition?

This country has gone completely nuts and for anyone thinks that we are better of now than before, you are either asleep or in support if your own demise, this video, as they all are, are to give evidence to this fact!

Met with Homedale police today

Met with Homedale police today. In my conversation with a young officer, he allowed me to share my concerns.

To begin my conversation i asked if he had ever been taught anything about constitutionists to which he interrupted, "sovereigns?" I said yes, and asked if he had ever heard of the SPLC, to which he stated he did.

He then stated he hears about sovereigns and the SLPC in their trainings twice or thrice a month! I asked him if he had learned about our history or the constitution to which he stated not really.

I asked him that if the SPLC was teaching that if constitutionist "sovereigns" are a threat, how would this be possible if government and the men in uniform took an oath to uphold the same law we subscribe to that makes us "sovereigns?"

I asked him if he realuzed that our founders in many occasions referred not only to "we the people" as "sovereigns" but the free and sovereign independent states as well and ask if knowing this would make any difference to which he stated it would make all the difference in the world!

I think i saw a lightbulb go on above his head and not the glassy eyed glare that i get from time to time when you lose someone in a conversation.

I then thanked him for his time and stated that i realized i was putting a target on my forehead but that i would challenge any police department, any county sheriff or state representative to prove me wrong. I also stated that i knew all or most sovereigns in this area and that not one of them i know has any malicious intent for government provided they acted in their proper authority protecting the rights if the people which was why their job was created.

. I stated, in closing that this country is going to hell ( he agreed) and there have been great attempts to pin government against its people. I asked if he would rather protect the people and have people protect and come to his aid if needed or would he prefer to protect the interest if government against its people to which he was silent and a bit perplexed.

I again thanked him for his time, told him that we appreciate them and to consider what i was telling him, gave him my card , stated if he had questions or someone up to the challenge i was ready.

I pray for this young nan as i do for all people that put themselves in harms way. I also pray that their ears are open to what i am saying to consider and challenge what they are taught and that my attempts and others to communicate and bridge the gap between law enforcement and the people are successful to avert an unnecessary catastrophe at the expense of those with money to fund an apparently destructive agenda, like the SPLC

May God help us realize that we are a lost, divided, immoral and ignorant nation and to help us restore our nation to greatness as we once were, one nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all!

The reason i posted just my speech first was that i received several email and calls that stated the media made it look like i was in support of this ridiculous ordinance, i am here to say there is no way i support any such thing!

This video is to help explain why. In order to prevent more confusion, i must be clear to state that just because i oppose this sexual preference does not mean that i tolerate or support crimes being committed against another person no matter what they believe, i do not!

We live in a country where we were to have equal protection under the law and more laws that are written to elevate the rights of a few, granting government authority that is outside of its limitation is severely detrimental to those that are ignorant if the fact, i am here to help clear up misunderstandings between those that know law and those that do not. Although i am no expert, i know enough to know when the rights of the people are violated and governments are passing these laws saying they are ok because others have done it! Shall we legalize other atrocities because other countries perform them?

Why do they laugh?

This morning before my interaction with two law enforcement officers, i had heard them speaking about how fast and how much worse things are getting.

When they had mentioned the recent shooting of two canyon county officers i decided to chime in since it was just a few miles from my home.

I stated that i had only wished i had a scanner so that i could know what was happening and they had told me all analog scanner signals went digital and that they were too expensive.

I mentioned in addition to the cost i had heard that law enforcement had plans to intentionally scramble the signals so that the people would not have access to the digital signals anyway to which he had agreed, i was shocked that he confirmed what i had heard.

When i asked him why he stated that law enforcement did not want to have people or media aware of what they were doing because they would not only get in the way but complicate their job to which i suggested to them it was one more way to separate themselves from the people, to avoid accountability and to continue their encroachment on their limitations that were to safeguard the rights of the people to which i believe they have no concept.

When i mentioned the illegal forced entry in gem county by their sheriffs office they laughed and said " i hope they have their checkbook open"

I stated i was a constitutionist and they knew my truck already but immediately talking about how extreme we are carrying guns and stuff? Constitutionists, by its description are those that understand law, that uphold the law not break it!

After all, we are told ignorance of the law is no excuse, remember?

I asked theme who was more to be feared one that upholds the law or one that violates the law after taking a solemn oath to what makes them call us extreme?

I added that it was my interest and increased knowledge of law and the lack of constitutional knowledge in law enforcement that makes me want to add a constitutional law curriculum to the law enforcement academy because if we don't, we have no freedom but what they say we have!

I may be just a bit sensitive here but why would law enforcement laugh about an illegal forced entry unless they have no idea that the power was once inherent in the people?

Why would they think that it would be more beneficial to restrict our rights than to preserve them?

How do they think that by creating a division, The us v them mentality that we would still respect an officer that has no respect for the limitations of its duties or people it was to protect?

Boise city council fiasco

This morning on my website i posted a few thoughts regarding the ordinance hearing the other night and the more i think about it, the more frustrated i become. In a room full of people you mean to tell me with all the sob stories and heartfelt alleged abuse, no one on thought about what the law is or what the limitations are in government? You mean to tell me that these people have no idea that the council members are servants of the people without graveling like they are royalty? We the people really are screwed due to our own ignorance!

No wonder people say they hate politics but do they? or do they like it because people today, rather than loving eachother, enjoy rather, to piss eachother off and instead of loving and helping our neighbor, its instead, about screwing them before they can screw you! I read a quote once, "As is church so is the nation" would it be fair to say "As is is government so is the nation?" Look at us, look at our nation!!!

Are we harmonious or are we on the brink of chaos and civil unrest leading to martial law? This isn't rocket science people, come on!

We have a government that is doing the exact opposite of its intended creation, we have a people that acts contrary to its creation destroying a country contrary to its creation believing in a multitude of religions contrary to its creation and we think the economy is the problem? Seriously?

We have class warfare, and bicker about everything, we have a two party system that seems to promote the chaos as each side jockeys for control where in either case where the people will suffer  tremendously!

Sadly,we are all used to the Democrat Socialist Marxist propaganda so it is not necessary to go into details, although I could, but what is interesting to see from the inside is the actions and statements of the Republican party which confirms to me, if this path continues is the fulfillment of the Communist Manifesto in the indifference in political parties!

Romney Confidently Shows America the Right Direction for This Country

Boise, Idaho: At the conclusion of last night’s first Presidential Debate for 2012, Governor Romney showed the poise and character that Republicans have been waiting for in their Presidential Candidate.  At every turn and issue in the debate, President Obama’s demeanor seemed beat by the confident change expressed by Governor Romney. 

Throughout the debate, Governor Romney articulated the value of focusing on creating jobs and bringing strong sustainable growth back to our economy.  “Romney won the debate on taxes and the economy. Cutting federal spending and growing our economy is the right path to solving the debt crisis.” Peterson said.  The Governor made it clear that fixing the ‘moral issue’ of a $1 Trillion annual deficit, which will burden our children, is not possible through Obama’s plan. The President’s approach will raise taxes, which stalls the economy and hurts small businesses and families.  

Romney’s pro-growth, pro-jobs, and pro-reform plan was not the only success last night.  Romney was also assertive and fluent on healthcare.  The Governor assured the aging population that his plan would not affect them and would offer Republican-valued competition into the market to promote lowering the cost of health care.

The most striking point of the debate, according to Chairman Barry Peterson, was how Governor Romney came across as patriotic to the divinely expressed character of our nation’s founding fathers.  He was respectful of the deity articulated in the concepts put together in this great republic.

“Governor Romney’s patriotism was spontaneous and deeply from within himself during last night’s debate,” Chairman Peterson proclaimed.  “When you add that to his record of success in management, like that of the Salt Lake City Olympic Games, and business achievements we can be confident in his ability to lead this great nation in the right direction.”     

Today , the above statement was made by the Republicans in overwhelming support of Romney, an alleged family man, that supports traditional family and American values. Really?

If Romney is a American family values kinda guy, tell me why he is a CFR elite Globalist one world government member, tell me why he supports the NDAA Bill, why his state was one of the premier states to advance the sodomite agenda, why he supports the Patriot Act, Obamacare as Massachusetts seemed to lay the foundation and establishement of it in his own state and why he has invested in Stericycle that supports the killing of the unborn recyclinig baby parts for profit? What else ids there, Bain Capital, allegedly supported by and recipient of the banker bailout, and Im sure there is more...

Problem is, he speaks well, is confident, can speak without a teleprompter, wont quote the Quoran, he is an exceptional businessman and economically and mathematically savvy and in those areas I, myself, believe he is better than Obama but what is crucial to understand is that a new president doesn't change the direction of this country, it only changes the speed at which it implodes.

Is it possible to get a president that actually means what he says and would actually put the Constitution and limitations of government in support of his people instead of the fulfillment of a global agenda that the elite profits from at the expense of the American People?

The way I see it, if Romney is in support of the above listed issues, one can only deduce the following:

He is anti- family in that he supports murder of the unborn
He is anti- traditional marriage because he supports the sodomites.
He is anti-American in that he supports force and coercion on the people by forcing healthcare, indefinite detainment and as a CFR elite supports entities like the United Nations and Agenda 21 that will enslave the people!

Since when shall we be forced to choose between evil and evil? Is that all the choices we have today? As a matter of fact, no! Is not evil, still evil? and if you still vote for evil, will you not still get what you asked for? And you wonder why we, in this country, continue to have problems?

Do you know more about football than your form of government? Do you know the penalty for a personal foul but have no idea when you or your child’s rights have been violated? Is it that football is much more fun? Or you feel like you wouldn’t have anything to offer, or don’t care, maybe you are well aware of current events and use football to take a break from the doom and gloom that you either feel or hear on the news?, maybe as a man you feel a testosterone rush as you re-live your adolescence living vicariously as a warrior on the football field cheering for your child or favorite football team?

What if I told you, the creation of football as a national rage was created on purpose as one of many diversionary tactics to keep you focused on things that don’t matter while an agenda was being fulfilled, to destroy the freedoms you hold so dear, would you believe me? probably not, years ago, I wouldn’t have believed it either but after studying history and the multitude of problems we face today, it is clear our subversion of government has taken place while we were either trusting our local elected officials, media, our federal government or all of the above, while we were attempting to provide for our families. There are some in office that do care but if they lack the proper knowledge of the limitations of government, they become as much of an enemy to freedom than one that  enters office to purposely take control they had no authority to take, after all “the road to hell is paved with good intentions”, right?

Did you know that Hitler used the Olympics as a meeting place for his elite, to successfully plan his agenda? With the Olympics still fresh in the minds of many, can you recollect the frenzy as the millions flocked to their televisions to see what records would be broken? Did you find yourself a bit obsessed for a few weeks, I did. It is easy to understand the plausibility.

Were Hitler’s meetings unique to him alone? No, tyrant dictators often used diversionary tactics to either take the minds of the people off of things that would ordinarily concern them and/or force their people to submit in fear giving up every freedom they had in complete submission. These tactics are textbook and due to our own ignorance of history, we fall for them every time. A simple Google search will reveal such facts about such tactics.

Think about what diversions have occurred in our history. Race, Religion, wars, catastrophes, and genocides class warfare, rich vs. poor, republican vs. Democrat, Obama vs. Romney and Romney against Ron Paul, environment, TSA, energy, economy, public school vs., charter or private school, traditional or same sex marriage and believe it or not, sports!

Ask anyone what the biggest problem is, they will tell you “jobs” almost like they have heard it so many times, it’s programmed in some kind of attempt to divert your attention from a much more serious problem.

One example of many are “jobs.” In your mind are “jobs” the biggest problem? When you think “jobs” are you speaking personally or for the masses of unemployed? If you and your friends had jobs would the problem no longer exist? NO. Among other things, You have been diverted to believe that jobs are the problem, when in fact, the problem is much deeper than that. You have been told “Jobs” are the problem, so that you can learn to be more dependent on government, and if believed, allows the government to reach outside of its limitations to control you and your income and eventually everything else.

There are many instances of clever governmental diversionary tactics that are used on the unsuspecting person and if believed will crush the freedom of not only your generation but all future generations following yours. Are you willing to subject your children to a future without the freedom you enjoyed?

This article isn’t about whether I like or dislike football or if condemn those that play or attend games, I love the camaraderie and watching our children play, this is about knowing what is happening to your future while you are busy doing what you love and hopefully understanding that the reason I write, challenge and speak is not to appear like a nutcase, but that I love my community enough to truly attempt to protect what I believe they are losing without their knowledge.

I write these articles, not even actively campaigning in an attempt  to educate, to open dialogue, to be challenged, debated and to try to help others see what they perhaps don’t see or to say to those that understand, I am here, I am ready to listen to your concerns and fight for what is rightfully yours. If you are mad as hell, you have a right to be, if you aren’t, perhaps you’re not paying attention or need help understanding just what is happening while you are busy.

I ran for office several times to represent you, because I believe you and your children deserve your freedom to be protected. I don’t say this as an empty minded agenda driven politician would do but, in fact, live it, speak it, dream it and act upon it.

So, whether you are an entrepreneur, professional  teacher, soccer mom or a student in school, If you are concerned about issues related to your school board/district, your city council, your county commissioners, your court or law enforcement, or any other rights violation issue, I want to hear from you., even if you aren’t sure but feel something just isn’t right.

In the meantime, Consider going to a city council, school board, highway, irrigation district or county commissioners meeting, or ask your neighbor, child, husband, wife, student, teacher or girlfriend every day how their day went, about the interactions with law enforcement, other teachers, coaches or admin, share information on meetings, was there anything they had a hard time with, new rules or policies? Just begin, in some way, get involved because every day you don’t is another freedom  fought and died for, lost and in vain.

And finally, consider this: Are you willing to allow ANY government entity to make ANY policies that restrict the rights of you and your child in the name of safety or fear? And if so, where then are its limitations from complete control over your life? The ONLY answer is Your Constitution!

What are your priorities? What do pledge allegiance to? Would you cheerfully adorn your car with as many American flags, stickers and magnets as those in celebration of Boise’s Blue and orange?

It’s time that we begin to pay attention again, for as parents we were entrusted to preserve the freedom for our children. DO you care as much for your child’s freedom as you do for their education?

Why is it every football season I have an elevated heart rate and the fear of arrest just for attending my son’s football games?

 

When I was clueless about law and the destruction of my rights, just an ignorant sheep, like so many oblivious to the concept, It never bothered me to continue to give money to a government entity, obeying arbitrary laws and signs because I was conditioned and believed government was instituted for our benefit, life was simple and I do believe I was happier then, ignorance is bliss, remember?

 

Something happened about four years ago and I’m still not sure if it was a blessing or a curse because now that I know the way things should be, I find myself fighting against the world that doesn’t even realize that it operates unlawfully while I attempt to adhere to it the written law as it was intended and actually and ironically criminalized for it! What a dilemma!

 

The issues I have been fighting vary in severity but nonetheless are incremental restrictions on the rights of the people at the most basic level and they don’t even realize it, in this they label me ridiculous, frivolous or just told I was wasting my time and effort, stating I needed to choose my battles and what hill I am going to die on? Since when has challenging today’s legal system become a “Hill to die on?”

 

Have we really been conditioned to believe that our rights are whatever ANY government says they are? If this is true, what does our history and written rule of law have to say about this? Was not government created BY the people and for the people to protect their rights? Was not congress and the legislature given the limited power to write law? Why today does EVERY government entity have the power to make laws and why do they write laws that restrict the rights of the people when it is so diametrically opposed to its creation, making our government, in fact, unlawful while they blame us, while we adhere to the law as the criminal?

 

So, as I see it, people, the inherent power, create government to protect their rights, limits government by specific and enumerated written limitations as not to usurp the rights of the people but instead today, the government that the people created has taken that power without authority, to restrict the rights of the people at an ever increasing expense?

Think about this!

 

 If you or I were to adhere to a written law and we stepped outside of the law, we would be unlawful and punished but somehow a government that swore and oath to us, to limit it, to function in “good behavior” and acknowledging its limitations when it acts outside of its limitation is not acting unlawful? Why?

 

Take a minor issue for example, speeding tickets. If you tell someone you were going to challenge a speeding ticket, your credibility would be reduced to about zero, trust me, I know. You would be considered a trouble maker and divisive, Really?

 

The next typical response from the one you spoke to is to go to the extreme to make their point, the typical “So you just think everyone should just go 90 mph?” (Why they all choose 90, I’m not sure). Why did they go to such extreme? Is it a defensive mechanism and an effort to prevent them from exposing their ignorance of the law or an attempt to show mine? Who is right, one’s opinion or written law?

 

Is going to such an extreme plausible, sure it is, but they missed the point. Just because I stated I was fighting a speeding ticket they assumed that I am an anarchist that thinks that there shouldn’t be any restrictions which is again, a poor and inaccurate presumption.

 

What if there were laws on the books that proved that what I was fighting was legitimate and that I had enough evidence to prove my innocence, with the written law? It would get thrown out do to popular opinion, otherwise known as a democracy, or mob rule, in a full abandonment of the written law adhering to the rule of opinions instead. Is that what we pledge to, is that what our officers take an oath to, is that what our Founding fathers died for, our military men, to abandon the original intent of our written rule of law and allow opinions to trump the freedom protected to the minority, HARDLY!

 

Take seatbelts as another example, I despise the law that forcefully tells the people what to do in their car and quite frankly they have no jurisdiction or authority to enforce such laws but some of intent of these laws are not bad laws at all, which is still not the issue. The question is or should be at every instance, is it lawful? The answer is no. Why? Because government is to protect the RIGHTS of the people, peace officers were created to “Keep the Peace” and to be available when summoned, not to create revenue for the state and stop people for frivolous infractions, when in reality no crime had been committed due to lack of evidence of the crime or infraction has been committed because no contract had been violated, not to mention that speed limits according to our own laws state that they only apply to commercial vehicles!

 

This topic can from here can go a variety of different ways to make my point and is more complex than I intend on going in this post, but the point is that even though imposed “laws” may sound like good laws, they in reality are not laws at all and in many cases either against the Supreme law of the land, the US constitution and even in our own statutes and supported and defended by supreme court cases!

 

Are you freer than you were 50 years ago? 20 years? 5 Years ago? NO?

Why? Wasn’t government created to protect the rights of the people? If you fail to protect and maintain your home or your children what happens, in your home, things begin to break down, severe disrepair, and eventually destruction, your children, they get sick, get hurt, or run away or  die.

 

The essence of every human is personal property, his life, his breathe, his kids, his animals, his home, cars and  collections, his society and form of government and maintenance of all personal property is crucial to its survival so that it may be passed down.

 

Am I to be condemned for my desire to maintain my personal property and pass it of as a legacy for future generations or shall one be more to be condemned for their failure to do so?

Who is the real criminal, the one that adheres to the written law or the one that adheres to random arbitrary opinions? If you choose wrong, the maintenance of your child’s future is at stake! Shall I be arrested for carrying a water thermos or outside food and drink to a school event or for video recording my sons football game from the sidelines both which do not breach the peace? Really? If this is so, where does it stop? Without limitations on your government, they can never be stopped!

 

It has been stated that I am an “Alarmist” that I treat every issue, no matter how small the same and that in this I also lose credibility. (seems I may not have any left by now). I guess the only thing that I could say is this…

I spoke to the woman that answered the phone from the Direct Law enforcement line( above) to ask her if the office was federal, state or city and how they defined a “crime.” She said that she works with all levels of government and law enforcement and crimes are like drugs.( Really?)

She asked if she could help answer any questions about crime and law enforcement so I told her I was aware of Janet Napolitano and her relentless pursuit to have us tell on each other when we see a crime being committed was a bit overboard and asked her if she thought that was a bit excessive to which she was silent.

I asked her “so is this bureau federal?” She said it was all of the above, She said they have members of all agencies there. I said Uh, I don’t think it is lawful to co-opt, comingle and amalgamate levels of government because it destroys the checks and the balances of government in the ability for the government to usurp the will and law of the people, she was silent.

I asked her, so where do you derive your power and authority, she was silent.
I asked her did you take an oath, she said “NO”
I said that you must not be an “officer”, she said “Yes”
I said than you must be a private agency, she said “No”
I asked if she had signed the Standard F85 form, she said “No”

I said so where does the authority come from for you to not only co-mingle agencies but not have any accountability to the people you say, without oath, to protect?

I asked her where the guarantee is that the rights of the people will not be destroyed, she was silent…
She asked me,( frustrated and reluctantly)  “Ugh, Can I help you sir about a crime?

I said: “Yes, as a matter of fact you can, but before doing so, I would like you or someone there to define a crime so that we may be on the same page, because as I see it, If I got away with what our Federal government is doing, I would be considered a criminal. Is a terrorist or a criminal one that subverts our present form of government or one that upholds it?

I said, “how can I be a criminal when I support and defend the present written rule of law, And why are you not if you don’t?” I went on…

“On the other hand, We the people created government to protect our rights and instead, they poison our vaccinations, genetically modify our food, poison our air, tell us what we can and cannot do, through regulations on energy, air, water, heavy graduated tax, private land, public land, trumps state and local laws, control schools and not only  impose blatant violations of the constitution but specifically completely avoid the present rule of law limiting government while  increasingly restrict every right we have WITHOUT AUTHORITY.”

I asked “if I obey the law and you allow TSA, for example, to violate our right to privacy, WITHOUT A CONGRESSIONAL MANDATE, where does this authority come from? YOU DON”T HAVE ANY JURISDICTION DO YOU?”

If congress makes all laws then without a congressional mandate, it is not law!!
She said, well, you need to call your local representatives…

I said about what? According to your FEDeral government, they have the supreme authority to run roughshod over anyone and anything?

I said and furthermore, we are waking up to who you are and what you do and I will do anything and everything to make sure people know about it.”

I asked “Are you a fusion center?” She said yes, I asked “what is that for, because it sure isn’t to protect the rights of the people, but, in reality, to take tax payer dollars without their authority for their own enslavement…””
She hung up.

Canyon County wantss to hire an attorney to HELP us defend ourselves? LOL!

If there were a time in America to be indignant, its now but people have no idea what is happening –the August 10^th’s article is one clarion call to the detriment to our freedom!

The county spending more tax dollars “in this economy” to help us to defend ourselves in court?

None of this would be an issue if the government understood its proper role and quit criminalizing its citizens as fines cush the judges retirement fund and increase revenue for increased criminalization tactics or they didn’t violate the constitution allowing to choose our own defense, a common law right.

If they allowed people to understand that judges, prosecutors and attorneys are members of the same union or if the people knew that magistrates had no power to rule, that officers aren’t officers but instead employees and that attorneys are unconstitutional.

If they would not have retracted trial by jury in all cases, show proof of a damaged party or to give itself immunity against the taxpayer, or if the people realized that our constitutional republic has been hijacked by a CORPORATE government, where we are no longer the inherent power but mere subservient employees.

If the people knew without our constitution limiting government, the need to establish jurisdiction, standing and true nature and cause of a crime, that this is all a statutory scheme, they would be outraged!

If the government would do its job protecting the innocent and punishing evil and honor its oath of limitations of power it would be a help and cost benefit! The fact that the people have created government to protect their rights and limit government’s powers through a written constitution and they have failed, the people will be forced to make them obey, like they make us obey oppressive rules of tyranny!

The reason they want to hire an attorney is to insure that no one operates outside of the CORPORATE Vail! It's all a sham, in Corporate government,they are the kings and were the pawns rather than the other way around

Who has authority, the school or the parents?

Are you increasingly concerned with the amount of government regulations imposed on us as parents as well as the state and Federal regulations on your child that render your authority powerless and only in accordance with what the government says?

This once land of the free and home of the brave has become a government controlled nanny state that once was created to protect your rights now has taken the authority from you to tell you what your rights are and that of your child and to protect us from ourselves, a power they were never given!

How is it that every government entity today has taken your power and authority from you, to tell you what you can and cannot do, and yet people are still silent? If we truly love our children like we say we do, why are we so concerned about their education ( THATS A DIFFERENT SUBJECT ALTOGETHER) but not about their rights? Are we that short sighted?

If you have not registered for school or sports yet, you will find an abundance of documentation that you will be REQUIRED to sign in order to participate, drug authorization forms, vaccination forms, conduct and dress code forms, in addition to a multitude of mandatory fees that you already paid for with your tax dollars like parking passes, access to games and lockers etc. You are not only subjecting yourselves to rules and regulations of the school but by associated organizations like, but not limited to, the YEA and the IHSAA which also have no authority.

The problem is because no one has been watching out for the people, these entities are playing on the ignorance of the people coercively forcing them to submit to a jurisdiction they do not possess, simply, they do not have the power, authority or the right to force signatures of any contract on anyone accept those that are employees of the school district nor do they have the authority to tax you twice with these mandatory fees!

The solution to this problem is to begin to pay attention to what is happening and when you feel something is wrong, challenge it, in the American system where the people have the “inherent power” and the government are “servants” of the people, the only way we preserve the freedom for our children is to pay attention, to remain vigilant , stand when needed and elect people that understand the preservation of the principles of freedom and will fight for them which is why I may run for school board if I have the support.

I am not an attorney but I do passionately understand when rights violations occur and will stand every moment I get to preserve the rights of the parents, the teachers and the children. Our beloved children have the same right to freedom we all had and it should be our top priority to guarantee that freedom.

I, the undersigned, understand that performance as a student/staff member of the Middleton School District is dependent, in part, on conduct and personal responsibility as a private person. I hereby agree to accept and abide by policies, standards, rules and regulations set forth by Middleton School District #134 for the activity or activities in which I participate as long as they are not repugnant to the protections granted to the people by the U. S. Constitution and hereby acknowledge that schools carry with them only the authority to discipline its corporate employees and not to restrict the rights of any child or parent.

Notwithstanding, I also understand that if the policies and procedures, fell under “equal justice under the law” if imposed, they shall apply not only to parents and student but to faculty as well to ensure that parents retain the disciplinary power, control and protection over their child and that the authority of the parent supersedes any law that prevents it, with the understanding that under Article XI, section 2, of the Constitution for the united states that “The United states constitution is the supreme law of the land” and in accordance with Marbury v. Madison (1802)“any law repugnant to it is null and void.”

In the event that “probable cause” has been warranted, I understand that Middleton School District , as it pertains to employees , has the authority to take disciplinary action but as it pertains to the students/parents has only the authority to call the parents of students unless a crime has been committed which will extend authority to local law enforcement. I, the undersigned, sign with the understanding that no school district has the power or the authority that extends beyond this limitation. As Middleton School District has the disciplinary power over its employees and not to its students , if “probable cause” has been verified regarding a student it is the authority of the parent to deal with the issue at hand that if left unattended will also extend to the authority of local law enforcement. If “probable cause” has been verified regarding a district employee, the district has only the authority to discipline that employee or refer the action to local law enforcement. Due to the sensitive nature and privacy rules, the school district has no right to privacy information that pertains to the issue at hand unless it pertains to the employees of the school district.

Therefore let it be known that Middleton School District may have the power to make suggestive recommendations but has no obligatory power to conduct the above drug tests even upon “reasonable suspicion” while a child is involved in the particular class/sport as disciplinary issues are left to the parent or law enforcement.

I understand that this signed contract as a parent/ student waives none of my rights at any time and that instead protects my rights against any overreaching authority not expressly given by the parent. As an employee I understand that this contract acknowledges my limitations of authority and that I may be subject to the disciplinary actions of the District imposed by the parents/board/staff with “probable cause”.

I also understand that due to the voluntary nature of this contract regarding parent/student and that one is “innocent until proven guilty”, that the refusal to give up one’s rights in no way prevents any person from the participation in any event that any school shall sponsor. I do understand as it pertains to district employees this contract is obligatory as a guarantee that the rights of the parent/child will not be violated.

Regarding the signatures below, I understand that the child’s signature is not a requirement or legally binding as the child is under age and that the parent /guardian is signing on their behalf as an acknowledgement of this contract and is therefore not necessary for any reason but to inform the underage signee of the rights and limitations clarified herein.

Prior to participating in ALL extracurricular activities, or registration into the school district, all student/parent/ guardian/staff member are all asked to sign this general acknowledgement form, and that a copy of this form is included in each employee and students personal file. If there should be any discrepancy related to the parents and the district that a mediation meeting will be called to deal with unresolved issues before any action is taken upon the child.

Any attempt by the district or its employees to force the signing of any contract that waives the rights of any private person is considered under duress and coercion, and may be subject to legal action. Any failure to adhere to this contract by any corporate employee will result in disciplinary action by the board and if not satisfied may also be subject to legal action.
