As many people are aware and some whom are not there is "change" happening in America. Some have awakened to something that they never realized they voted for, some are still happy with the presidents fulfillment of his fascist agendas, while some do not understand any of it but voted for him anyway, mainly the " it's gotta be better than the last eight years" mentality, as if their memory doesn't go back any further.

Well, as the American people continue to be forced to do what our new dictator in cheif says, here is the latest information just out this last week that somehow the media found un-important.In my opinion,It seems that we no longer live in the America I thought we did.

Some look forward to the future globalization, the merging of all the world's powers but has anyone considered the ramifications of it?Some think the government is out for the citizens best interest, some think that everything they do is "for the greater good" maybe saying to themselves that the "end justifies the means" which are terms used by the communists in the 1930's.

Most people have no idea what America stands for, the "Magna charta", the beacon on a hill, the most prosperous and blessed nation and the envy of the world, the last free country in the world? Not anymore if our leaders have anything to say about it

When we "go global" what will we be then? Look on.

Earlier this week, the Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Administrator Craig Fugate met with several state governors to discuss “emergency preparedness,” according to a press release posted on FEMA’s website. “FEMA is committed to protecting and assisting our states and citizens during disasters,” said Fugate. “By working together and strengthening relationships at the state level, we can continue to build the national emergency response team which includes FEMA, as well as state, local, tribal and federal partners, the private sector and faith-based organizations. The work we are putting in now to build this team will go a long way during the next disaster.”
Preparations are now underway for FEMA’s NLE 09.

On Sunday, Fugate addressed governors from around the country at the National Governors Association conference in Biloxi, Mississippi, where he “discussed how FEMA can best support the states and their citizens as we prepare for and respond to emergencies and disasters.”
FEMA does not specifically detail the “next disaster,” although Fugate had participated “in a video teleconference with governors and officials from over a dozen hurricane prone states on his first day as Administrator.”

Last October, investigative journalist Wayne Madsen learned from knowledgeable FEMA sources that the Bush administration had put the final touches on a plan that would see martial law declared in the United States with various scenarios anticipated as triggers.

“The triggers include a continuing economic collapse with massive social unrest, bank closures resulting in violence against financial institutions, and another fraudulent presidential election that would result in rioting in major cities and campuses around the country,” explained Madsen.

An additional trigger has since emerged – a mass flu pandemic the government promises will occur this autumn.

In addition, Army Corps of Engineer sources told the journalist that the assignment of the 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team (BCT) to the Northern Command’s U.S. Army North will augment FEMA and federal law enforcement in the imposition of traffic controls, crowd control, curfews, enhanced border and port security, and neighborhood patrols in the event a national emergency being declared. The BCT was assigned to duties in Iraq before being assigned to the Northern Command.

On July 3, Infowars reported on National Guard troops training to engage in combat with “militia” groups. In the exercises, held in Missouri and South Dakota, eight members of a Jefferson City-based battalion acted as a “fictitious militant group” and attacked military checkpoints and convoys.

On September 30, the Army Times reported that the BCT would be deployed in the United States under the day-to-day control of U.S. Army North, the Army service component of Northern Command, as an on-call federal response force for natural or manmade emergencies and disasters, including terrorist attacks. The BCT mission “marks the first time an active unit has been given a dedicated assignment to NorthCom, a joint command established in 2002 to provide command and control for federal homeland defense efforts and coordinate defense support of civil authorities,” Gina Cavallaro wrote for the Times. The military is prohibited under the Posse Comitatus Act from working with local law enforcement.

Madsen reported on a highly-classified document regarding the martial law scenario on April 3, 2008. “WMR has learned from knowledgeable sources within the US financial community that an alarming confidential and limited distribution document is circulating among senior members of Congress and their senior staff members that is warning of a bleak future for the United States if it does not quickly get its financial house in order. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is among those who have reportedly read the document.”

The document is called “C & R,” short for “conflict” and “revolution.” It reportedly states that if the United States defaults on loans and debt underwriting from China, Japan, and Russia, all of which are propping up the United States government financially, and the United States unilaterally cancels the debts, America can expect a war that will have disastrous results for the United States and the world. “The other scenario is that the federal government will be forced to drastically raise taxes in order to pay off debts to foreign countries to the point that the American people will react with a popular revolution against the government.”

In November of 2008, noted trends forecaster Gerald Celente predicted revolution, food riots and tax rebellions in America by the year 2012. “Celente says that by 2012 America will become an undeveloped nation, that there will be a revolution marked by food riots, squatter rebellions, tax revolts and job marches, and that holidays will be more about obtaining food, not gifts,” Paul Joseph Watson wrote for Prison Planet. Celente accurately predicted the 1987 stock market crash and the fall of the Soviet Union.

More recently, Celente said “The Greatest Depression” will be called “Obamageddon” in America. “The measures taken by successive governments to save the politically corrupt, morally bankrupt, physically decrepit giant from collapse have served to only hasten its demise. While the decline has been decades in the making, the acceleration of ruinous policies under the current Administration is leading the United States – and much of the world – to the point of no return,” Celente wrote on July 1.

On July 27, FEMA will conduct National Level Exercise 2009 (NLE 09), scheduled to run through July 31. “NLE 09 will be the first major exercise conducted by the United States government that will focus exclusively on terrorism prevention and protection, as opposed to incident response and recovery,” a FEMA factsheet states. It is designated as a Tier I National Level Exercise, or TOPOFF, which are exercises conducted annually in accordance with the National Exercise Program, “which serves as the nation’s overarching exercise program for planning, organizing, conducting and evaluating national level exercises,” according to FEMA.

In addition to the participation of domestic “partners,” the FEMA exercise will include foreign troops. “This year the United States welcomes the participation of Australia, Canada, Mexico and the United Kingdom in NLE 09.” The FEMA factsheet does not explain why the participation of foreign troops is necessary.

In February, D. H. Williams, reporting for the Daily Newscaster, revealed meetings held between FEMA, the Department of Homeland Security, and Indiana county municipal officials in the vicinity of Chicago. The feds allegedly told the officials that every county in the country would be required to prepare a Hazard Mitigation Plan, including plans to vaccinate the entire population within 48 hours and prepare mass graves. In addition, according to Williams’ source, the county was asked to make plans for “hardening” police and fire stations, putting in hardened bunker type buildings around town, and draft up plans for the possibility of up to 400,000 refugees from Chicago entering the county.

Infowars and Prison Planet have been at the forefront of an effort to document the existence of mass graves, specifically in Phoenix and Houston. In April of this year, The Jones Report detailed the storage of thousands of plastic coffin liners in Alabama.

Finally, it should be noted that FEMA was organized specifically for martial law. On July 5, 1987, the Miami Herald reported on the existence of camps operated by FEMA “should martial law need to be implemented in the United States.” The existence of the camps and Rex 84 — short for Readiness Exercise 1984 — came to light during the Iran-Contra hearings.

“And there you have it,” writes Allen L Roland, “the real purpose of FEMA is to not only protect the government but to be its principal vehicle for martial law…. This is why FEMA could not respond immediately to the Hurricane Katrina disaster — humanitarian efforts were no longer part of its job description under the Department of Homeland Security.”

The FEMA press release states that the feds are conducting a large exercise in order to respond to “emergencies and disasters,” when in fact they are conducting a martial law exercise with not only state, local, and tribal “partners,” but foreign troops as well.

This morning I contacted the German army (Bundeswehr) and am preparing to send them directly a summary of the reasons, evidence and arguments why I believe the entire German population, like the US, and Austrian and Irish, French and Polish — indeed the entire world — population is in extreme danger from these WHO mandated vaccines.

These “vaccines” are classified as bioweapons under EU and US law. They are to contain substances proven to be toxic for a virus proven to come from a lab. The bioweapon vaccines are to be produced by Baxter, Novartis and GSK and forced on the world’s people by WHO in a pandemic emergency under the International Health Regulations 2005.

What is WHO plan from July 27th?

The people of the US are armed and therefore must be overcome by stealth.
It is alleged any WHO plan to take over the USA involves deception and divide-and-rule tactics.
For WHO to succeed, they must get the people of the US to start firing on the foreign UN soldiers and so spark a conflagration. This will allow FEMA and Homeland, operating independently under WHO, to start a programme of genocide, rounding up people and taking them to camps.

The foreign UN soldiers will be conducting a military exercise and so not under orders to fire on civilians. Remember most of them will not know what is going on and will follow orders.

Therefore, false flag operations with WHO agents dressed as UN soldiers and civilians will aim to spark a war between the foreign UN soldiers and the civilians.In the meantime, Homeland and FEMA will start to round up people and transport them in ralway wagons to camps.
Communications with other branches of the US government and law enforcement will be cut, creating confusion.

The coming FEMA drills are probably just as stated in the NEL09 homepage – but I have heard testimonies from US citizens who are prepared to fight if this exercize turns real, if foreign troops go against US citizens, that foreign troops will be shot on sight by patriot Americans. It would be very dangerous for any Germans to participate, but I doubt that the coming exercizes are anything other than a practice for a take over after a false flag. US Patriots have taken up positions in the mountains and hills though. If German BND knows anything about a planned participation to take over US soil in a martial law, then they should withdraw their troops.

OMG. It seems that it is full steam ahead with the Elite plans. It makes sense all those Fema camps reported across US, the tens of thousands of empty stacked coffins in depots and the International Swin Flu Conference coming up. Bill Ryan was talking to a contacy of Camelot’s on American Freedom Radio last night. This scientific contact of Project Camelot mentioned that he had personally seen rows and rows of German army vehicles in an underground base a few years ago. Also David Icke mentioned in his recent article that here in the UK he has had information that they are building morgues to store bodies. They are using different contracters to build different parts of these structures so no one company or buliders no what is going on.

I disagree, Kissinger is that dumb.
I will say this, from my experience as a Combat Veteran, a LOT of “talk” is disseminated by the elite, and indeed the enemy too, to brainwash the unknowing.

in which they seek to partner with natural resource rich Russia and the oil rich Nations of the Middle East in order to ensure their survival into the 21st Century.
Leading the United States to the shocking conclusion that their very survival is at risk has been the evaporation of 45 percent of the World’s wealth which has caused a rapid plunge in Global manufacturing leading to a 49 percent collapse in US trade exports which the International Monetary Fund is reported has caused the World’s economy to shrink for the first time in 60 years and has lead Canada’s Central Bank chief David Dodge to state the World is “facing a long and deep recession that will fundamentally alter the nature of capitalism”.
Though Prime Minister Putin has warned that “resorting to a printing press would be unwise and extremely dangerous”, the already bankrupt United States, whose staggering debt is four times higher than their entire National income, has allowed its Federal Reserve Bank Chairman Ben “Throw Money Out of Helicopters” Bernanke to ‘create out of thin air’ a further $1.2 Trillion to stabilize the American economy, but which in turn has led to the collapse of the US Dollar leading the United Nations to recommend next week that the World “ditch the dollar as its reserve currency in favor of a shared basket of currencies”.
Russian economists further state in these reports that the United States has been left with ‘no other option’ than to force the massive devaluation of the US Dollar in order to ‘shake lose’ from banks and private investors the hundreds of billions they are currently hoarding and is being blamed for collapsing a United States where consumer spending accounts for two-thirds of its economy and which without money to borrow, or borrowers to loan to, is fast approaching the abyss.
With the devaluation of the US dollar, however, massive inflation will ensue causing the value of these currently hoarded hundreds of billions of US Dollars to plummet and forcing them to be spent before they become totally worthless, a policy which China, the largest Global holder of US debt, has voiced increasing concerns about and have cut back on their purchases of American debt even as desperation hits their own factories as orders plunge.
These top American Officials have also assured President Medvedev that new laws being written by the Obama administration will ‘completely’ reform the American financial system by fully integrating it into a single Global Economy due to be enacted during the coming G-20 summit in London.
When President Medvedev voiced his concerns to the Americans over his belief that the US Congress would not allow such a radical new set of laws to pass, these reports continue, Kissinger stated that the American people were being ‘primed’ to overwhelm their lawmakers into swiftly enacting ‘in its entirety’ the Obama administrations new banking and financial laws by the outrageous behavior of those collapsed financial giants that includes: 1.) The insurance giant AIG which after receiving over $300 billion in US taxpayer money paid out nearly $200 million in bonuses; 2.) The collapsed stock selling giant Merrill Lynch which after receiving $20 billion in US taxpayer money paid out $3.6 billion in bonuses; and 3.) The collapsed US banking giant Citigroup who after receiving $45 billion in US taxpayer money announced a $10 million redecoration of their executive office suites.
News from the United States today further confirm Kissinger’s assertions to President Medvedev as US Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner has now admitted that he had ordered US Senator Christopher Dodd to include the executive pay provision into the stimulus bill which was, in fact, a loophole allowing these controversial bonuses to be paid out.
To such machinations being utilized by their supposed ‘leaders’ against them in order to pave the road from a once sovereign United States to this New World Order these Americans remain nearly clueless, but when pressed by President Medvedev on the plans to ensure that civil society on the North American continent doesn’t break down Kissinger reportedly replied, “By September we’ll have confiscated all privately owned guns so it really doesn’t matter what we do, we’ll still be in charge”.
Russian Intelligence reports state that gun ownership statistics in the United States vary widely, but is estimated to be that nearly 50 percent of US households have nearly 270 million guns, none of which these Americans seem now ready to part with without a fight. (LET US PRAY THIS REMAINS TRUE)

But, new reports coming from the United States show that they are fast adopting the tactics used by the German Nazis to disarm their society prior to the installation of fascist rule and martial law by first rendering all private guns useless by eliminating and restricting the ammunition they use. And from new reports coming from the United States we can see that this ‘plan’ is already being instituted with ammunition shortages being reported in Idaho, Georgia, and Louisiana, and a new law just introduced in California which would:
1. Stop the private transfer between individuals of more than 50 rounds of ammunition.2. License and tax anyone selling handgun ammunition commercially and force these stores to get background checks on anyone selling ammunition. 3. Get a thumbprint from anyone buying handgun ammunition. 4. Ban all ammunition sales that don't take place face-to- face, in other words, ban mail-order sales.
Even more chilling for American gun owners was the Hussein Obama administrations order to the US Military on March 12 which stated: “Effective immediately DOD Surplus, LLC, will be implementing new requirements for mutilation of fired shell casings. The new DRMS requirement calls for DOD Surplus personnel to witness the mutilation of the property and sign the Certificate of Destruction.” which would have crippled the US ammunition industry, who are the largest purchasers of used military ammunition brass, but after found out about by US Senators was quickly withdrawn.
(As long as Americans have sufficient ammunition to carry them through this crisis, we are OK- also, being a Combat Veteran, I know from real experience much ammo as well as weapons can be gleaned from enemy kills.)
To the reasons feared by the leadership class in the United States of their citizens retaining the right to firearms we can read:
“As the growing world-wide economic crisis deepens, military forces from Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom are preparing to meet angry citizens on the street. The economic crisis - and the public outrage it is causing - is at the forefront of intelligence agencies and military forces in the western world. Prominent trends forecaster Gerald Celente has been sounding the alarm for years, warning that riots and tax revolts are coming to America. The Pentagon, U. K. Ministry of Defense, and Canadian military apparently agree. In November of 2008 the United States Army War College released the report Known Unknowns: Unconventional "Strategic Shocks" in Defense Strategy Development. The report identifies economic collapse as a reason for the defense establishment to conduct domestic operations. The report states, "Widespread civil violence inside the United States would force the defense establishment to reorient priorities in extremis to defend basic domestic order and human security. Deliberate employment of weapons of mass destruction or other catastrophic capabilities, unforeseen economic collapse, loss of functioning political and legal order, purposeful domestic resistance or insurgency..."The CIA and MI5 are both watching the economic situation for signs of unrest and political instability. As the Washington Post reports, the CIA has added an economic situation report to its threat assessment for the White House. A further sign that the United States government is anticipating widespread unrest comes with the domestic stationing of the 1st Brigade Combat Team of the 3rd Infantry Division. The Army Times reports, "They may be called upon to help with civil unrest and crowd control or to deal with potentially horrific scenarios such as massive poisoning and chaos in response to a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive, or CBRNE, attack ."Canadian military forces have been given a nearly identical domestic mission in a synchronized move with the United States. Canada's National Post reports that, "The Canadian military has embarked on a wide-ranging plan to turn its reserve soldiers into focused units trained and equipped to respond to a nightmarish array of domestic threats, including terrorist "dirty bomb" attacks, biological agent containment, Arctic catastrophes and natural disasters.”
Reports from the United States are also revealing that for the first time since their Civil War, active duty US Army Troops were put into the streets of Alabama after the killing spree of a crazed gunman, but which the US Army is now reporting it is ‘investigating’ because it doesn’t know who deployed them.
To whom the leadership elite in America are actually planning on protecting themselves from we can further read: “A new document meant to help Missouri law enforcement agencies identify militia members or domestic terrorists has drawn criticism for some of the warning signs mentioned. The Feb. 20 report called "The Modern Militia Movement" mentions such red flags as political bumper stickers (get those OFF your cars and trucks, NOW) for third-party candidates, such as U.S. Rep. Ron Paul, who ran for president last year; talk of conspiracy theories, such as the plan for a superhighway linking Canada to Mexico; and possession of subversive literature.”
As to what these dangerous American terrorists can expect once they are in the custody of their US intelligence services?
“The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) concluded in 2007 that US methods to extract information from prisoners at secret CIA jails as part of the "war on terror" amounted to torture.”
Even worse for these dissident Americans are the chilling revelations from top investigative news journalist Seymour Hersh: “After 9/11, I haven’t written about this yet, but the Central Intelligence Agency was very deeply involved in domestic activities against people they thought to be enemies of the state. Without any legal authority for it. They haven’t been called on it yet. That does happen.”
So today, as the United States ‘watch list’ for domestic and International terrorists has hit 1 million names, in a country that already has more prisoners than any other Nation in the World, or our entire Earths’ history for that matter, and as sales of weapons and ammunition are still hitting record highs in America since President Hussein Obama’s election, it would appear more than likely that the assertions of US officials to Russia that they remain in control of their country is highly doubtful…and needing just one single ‘spark’ to plunge it into full scale civil war.

And who is to say that hasn’t been their ‘plan’ all along?
