2009 companies that support the homosexual agenda

Would one now think with the support of so many companies that homosexuality should now not only be accepted but be forced on those who do not believe? Absolutely! There is no shortage of support for what was once illegal, by a law in every state constitution and still is, but now considered as their Constitutional right? Has anyone read the Constituion lately? Remember it was written for a "moral and religious people" according to many of our founding fathers, but who would know that due to the fact that history is being re-written, along with science, and english. Diversity and inclusion? Wow, we are getting immorally creative aren't we.
It is easy for we humans to think we are so smart, just remember there is a consequence for everything we do. Without knowing what the consequences are, are you still willing to continue down this road?

It is our failure as Christians and moral people to stop this behavior while we had the chance;now we will have to deal with the consequences. If we continue to lay down, as we have we can only expect to be forced to conform, and we will won't we? I see little sign of opposition even by those in the church.

The list of supporters is below and growing

I think you should remove "loving and caring" from your profile on here. Your post is filled with hate and ignorance.

In response to my comment about hatred and ignorance, I would challenge anyone to prove the way in which I hate and my level of ignorance since the things I speak of are fact. If I were to speak in love would that mean that I would tell you things you wanted to hear and omit the things that may be hurtful and harmful to you?
Aside from the hate and ignorance of you think I speak, which group is it that has become everything but riotus because of the Constitutional ammendment process that denied prop 8? The people have spoken, one way or the other the ammendment has passed. It would be unlawful and unconstitutional to push this and deny that it now is part of the law.
I thank you for your comment

No seriously, you're a fool. Speaking as a Christian heterosexual man -- someone who HAS studied the Constitution and its continuous evolvement for the better, I can honestly say that nothing in your post offers up an educated, honest and original thought. I may not disagree with some of your beliefs, but I certainly think that if people like you want to CHANGE the country for the better, then you need to stop slinging messages of hate and try to educate using facts and proven theories. What good does your post offer your people? A list of people to ban? Guess what, the list is getting longer and wider and soon, there will be very little left for your people to own, buy or sell...

I'd say the waking up is yours to do, Hosea. Maybe you can argue that you're not hateful or ignorant, but you sure are fearful. That much is very clear from the words you (probably subconsciously) chose to use. But don't worry, gays doing gay things won't hurt you or your way of life, honest. Have a nice day. PS: I'm not gay.

I can see I have struck a chord, good. My intention is simply to help educate those who simply do not know what you may already know. I create a place to publish the truth. Nothing on this blog is intented to be hurtful unless it happens to be the truth in which case I cannot control it.

In addition, if you consider me a fool, I question why you think you can make such a statement without anything to back up why you feel this way. This is much like the "liberal ideology" where they can say that something is without knowing anything about it, just because they feel this way.

I love the Lord and I do love people. I must say that in my relationship with the Lord and reading scripture I have found that so many churches are trying to become more liberally minded and wonder how that will do for the future generations. The mega-church movement with pastors like Rick Warren and Joel Olsteen and others who profess Christ, calling Muslims Christians and contorting scripture from reading "narrow is the way and few will find" it to "wide is the way and all will" is ridiculous, misleading and wrong.
It is important to remember not to shoot the messenger here. If you or others have issues with what I am saying, condemn scripture not the one who reads it. As you put it, what would you have to gain by condemning me for stating the facts.

In closing, I will admit, I do not agree with the homosexual lifesttyle but I do not feel that condemning them will help anyone, but I still have that "right" within the Constitution before it is completely desecrated if I decided to .If they want to live together, fine, do what they do within reason, fine, But I will not accept or allow open and gay sex in the streets in the town of which I live, like Massachusetts and New Jersey has as well as Folsom, SanFrancisco. I admit I will not EVER allow it to be forced on my children or on me, THIS IS a violation of my personal beliefs and my personal liberty, you of a supposed Constitutional mind will respect this.
Since you feel that a simple list of companies is hurtful, maybe you should also go to the HRC website and write how hateful they are, since the list is also on their website, as well as many others.
The reason to publish this list is to simply educate the readers, it is not to ban the companies unless it is their wish.
What you may not understand is that I do not ban these companies, nor some movies, like the Bourne series, as you noted, because it was our fault as conservative, perhaps religious people to allow this to happen. Banning these companies would mean spending the rest of our lives in a box. I admit that the fault was even partially mine in that I chose to remain ignorant as long as I did and generations before me as well. Again, I thank you for your comments.

May I ask how you found my blog? I started in a few months ago and wondered if people would mind letting me know how they found it.

You wrote: "There is no shortage of support for what was once illegal."

Well, depending on how far back you're willing to go - you could apply that rationale to inter-racial marriage, the right of Blacks to vote, the right of women to vote, etc. It used to be illegal for women to vote, for Blacks to vote, and for members of different races to marry.

Just because those things were once illegal does not mean they should be now.

There are a lot of sexual acts that are "sins" under most strict constructions of the Bible.

Have you ever had sex with a woman that you weren't married to? If yes, under a strict "moral" code - you've committed a sin - even if you and your partner were consenting adults.

Have you ever received a B job, given oral p leasure to a woman or given or received a hand job? If yes, then you've violated the sodomy laws still on the books in many states.

Have you ever used birth control? If so, you've committed sexual sin.

Is it OK for a menopausal woman to get married? Or must she be fertile?

Is it OK for a man and a woman to marry if they have no intention of having children?

I'm a straight Christian male. My mother's a minister. I've never ever strayed sexually. I'm as straight an arrow as they come. And I have absolutely no problem with two men (or two women) who love each other getting married in the eyes of God.

Do you REALLY think that God cares about how loving and consenting adults pleasure each other in the privacy of their own bedrooms?

And if you think God DOES care about such things, then to avoid the fires of hell, you should refrain from using birth control, any manual, oral or unmarried activities.

Good luck!

I agree with you that homosexuality is immoral. It is sin. And I appreciate your zeal.

But why do you care? Christ did not come to condemn the world, but to save it. Agendas are irrelevant to the message of the Gospel. Corporate endorsements are irrelevant to the message of the Gospel. Constitutional law is irrelevant to the Gospel.

The culture is not ours to change, but Christ's. Paul did not assault and lambaste the Roman culture for their (well documented) depravity. He just proclaimed Christ's saving grace.

Put more simply: the Gospel DOES NOT LOSE GROUND TO SIN. The "homosexual agenda" does not impugne, impead, or frustrate the Gospel.

The culture war is misguided. Focus your energies on ministry (there are some very good outreach programs that work with individual homosexuals who also happen to be Seekers -- and there are a lot of those). Let the Holy Spirit, if He chooses, transform the culture through the power of the Gospel, on His own terms.

Our role is not to decry and defeat, but to make disciples.

did anyone point out that this site, blogger, is also -- by association -- on the list of those spreading the homosexual agenda?! that's hypocrisy for you...

as for how people find your blog, sometimes it's random, sometimes though links on links on links...i found you because you listed a company i work for and it popped up in my inbox.

oh, and one other thing, gay marriage is not the same as "gay sex on the street." no one is forcing anything down your throat (pun intended). but supporting companies that are open-minded to different ways of life is no reason to call out rape. you are not being FORCED to do anything but live your life the way you seem fit. that does not mean limit those who are or choose to be different.

Question -- and this is meant to be a honest, thoughtful discussion -- do you think the ammending of the Constitution to allow black people to vote was a good thing or bad thing?

Anonymous said...

In response to yourshortage of support, I do believe that the Constitution had issues regarding blacks and women, that should never have been, that was a great change, it was done through the traditional constitutional amendment process and made permanent and did not suffer any moral implications.

Regarding "just because things were illegal then doesn't mean they should be illegal now" is interesting. Who will then define what should now be made legal? Should murder become legal, assisted suicide, eugenics, robbery, rape etc? People commonly think, at this point that I am linking homosexuality to murder, I am not.

You of said constitutional mind should know that we are a nation of laws, laying a clear definition between right and wrong. We have a constitutional process where people vote for it and it does not violate any moral, Godly or natural laws then it can be changed. if the people vote against it, like prop 8 then it is done and should be realized as so.

I am not, by any stretch, stating I have never sinned and am sorry if it appeared that way. I am merely stating that through the long road on which I have traveled I have realized the errors I have made and only want to share the mistakes and what I have become aware of to help educate others who may not have realized it yet.

Would I be considered more kind if I saw something that would harm someone and just let them continue doing it? I will never be that impersonal. We warn eachother of dangers as human nature, why would I sit and contemplate it knowing the damage could have been done and I could have done something about it?

You say your mother is a minister, fantastic for you and hopefully me.
I would love for her to write me or have you write me what she says about the scriptures relating to the sins of iniquity and the abominations of God.

Everyone seems to interpret the word differently and God never wanted division in the church so I would like to have her explain scriptures about how "a man must not lay with another man as he would a woman" and many others, to me it is clear and I anxiously await your perspective.

Pleae consider emailing me if you wish unless you prefer to remain anonymous and add to the comments on this blog.

I am pleased that you continue to share your thoughts, some great dialogue. I will respond to all of your comments as soon as I can, I hope you check back. tom@minutemenunited.org

I am glad that we agree that homosexuality is immoral. So tell me why, being Christians, you and your mother, would you support immorality in your church? Shouldn't you be considered hateful for saying homosexuality is immoral? If not, why would I be hateful and not you as well? I think you see my point.

Why do I care about homosexuality? I care because I care for people. As I said before I have made many mistakes in my life and have learned from them. I understand that everyone is in a different place in their life and I respect that. I simply want to help those in hope of minimizing their mistakes from learning from mine and what I have learned along the way.

You are right, Christ did come to save the world but please do not think that just because he did not come to condemn the world that we will not reap what we have sown and be judged for our failure to seek him. remember Issaiah 20:1 in which the Lord is very specific about his wrath on those who do not seek him. Also 2 Chronicles 7:14 If we repent from our sins and turn from our wicked ways, humbling ourselves in prayer he will heal our land, you can surely see that Gods judgement is upon us and it has only just begun.

I actually believe that this culture war IS ours to change, through Christ, realizing 2 Chronicles 7:14 again and other references. My desire is to educate others who may not know the things that we speak of.

I appreciate your comments and I do focus a great deal on various ministries, I also pray that the Holy spirit guide me in the way that I shuld go to become most effective for him, I long to be transformed in a Godly way.

One final thought...Am I to believe that anything said contrary to the way someone believes is now considered hateful? If I quote facts, the bible or our founding fathers or laws in the civil handbook contrary to ones beliefs I am hateful? What happened to our God given first amendment rights, the set guidelines separating right from wrong, etc?

Remember our rights are God given not government given.

If you have a child that does something wrong do you decide not to punish them not to appear hateful to them?

If you have a friend that does something that is harmful to themself do you not say anything to them to not appear hateful and allow the possibility to have them become injured or suffer consequeences needlessly??

To me, just because what I say doesn't necessarily feel good doesn't mean it is bad or divisive or hateful. In reality it could, in fact be out of love and compassion that I say these things.

The world has become very soft and squishy and too afraid to offend that we are willing to deny the truth to protect someones feelings. I heard a quote once: "The truth only hurts if it should", think abouthat one for a minute... Is this good for our society and future generations? I think not.

I heard the governor say the other night, people are entitled to their opinions but they are not entitled their own facts.

Somethings just are and should not be made "relative"

I will continue to respond as time allows. Thank you for writing.
