Obama's constitutional violations?

For a man that has sworn under oath( whatever that means nowadays) to uphold the Constitution of the United States this sure appears to be quite the laundry list of Constitutional violations.

I have never believed that he had any intention to uphold it, respect it, acknowledge it or respect it,I am still waiting to write about something good he has done since his inauguration but it appears that I may have to wait awhile all the while my intuition continues to reveal that I may be on to something...
