Is it my ignorance of history and law or the ignorance of those in government to think that the feds have any authority to impose healthcare, or other mandates upon the states and the people?
Have we come to believe now that our own federal supreme court, that itself has stated its dislike of our constitution, has the preservation of our rights as its primary interest when every federally created program strips the rights of the states and the people ultimately controlling them?
