Some would say that the title of this article is meant to instill some paranoid fear in the readers. Some would say that I am an “alarmist,” and still others (i.e. head of homeland security) would say that I am just a “right wing” extremist that the government should keep an eye on. I think it important to define the terms in which accusations are made. You see when I call Obama a “tyrannical leader”, or a “police state Fascist,” it is not done to simply use inflammatory words. I say these things because I understand the definition of these terms. Let’s examine just what words actually mean:

Police state – A police state is a state whose power is used to control its citizens for the purpose of keeping the governmental power structure in place. As I have mentioned many times before, the first thing a police state does is to control speech. We now have an insane movement by the power of the federal government to control free speech on the radio through the so called “fairness doctrine.” Don’t you just love the flowering words they use to bring about their desired control? I mean after all, who could be against “fairness?”…spare me!

A police state seeks to control the ability of its citizens to organize a resistance to tyranny and so they go after guns and ammunition. The call now is to have all ammunition marked so it can be traced. We all know how the left has been clamoring for gun registration for years. The idea of gun registration is an anathema to the principles of liberty. Once registered, the government can confiscate, thus turning honest citizens who refuse to give up their guns into criminals.

A police state is also characterized by intense control of education as to disseminate the government propaganda. The left along with their allies in the media, and the so called “National Education Association” have been working toward that goal for years. Political correctness and the insanity of “hate speech” legislation only serve to dampen freedom.

Fascist – When one thinks of “fascism” the obvious comes to mind; Hitler of course is the poster ‘sicko’ for fascism. Having said that, let’s simply look at what the word means. Fascism means, a governmental system that forcibly regiments industry into the will of the government’s leader, an imposition of the principles of fascism by the leader alone or by the power of government. In the first three months of the Obama presidency, he has set in motion a government power grab of over eleven trillion dollars. He has dictated to these companies what they can and cannot do.

He has fired Chief Executive Officers, and replaced them. You at this point may be saying he has the right to since the companies came to the government looking for financial help. The problem with that is that it is the President’s sworn duty to uphold the Constitution. Both President Bush and [Alleged] President Obama are enemies of the Constitution. There is no Constitutional authority whatsoever given to the president to hire, fire, and dictate to private companies. [Alleged] President Obama and Congress had no right to bail out private industry! None!!!

*Amendment 9 The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

*Amendment 10 The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
*Note well this: Anything not expressly granted to the Federal government is reserved for the States or the People. Although this amendment is very liberally interpreted, it is one of the tenets of the Constitution.

This amendment is also known as the “States' Rights Amendment.”

Now that the teeth of the government are dug into the private sector, Obama is moving for a total takeover of banking, healthcare, and even higher education. There is no limit to what a person with fascist principles will seek to gain control of. Obama says he wants to “remake America.” Remake?

I like America with the principles that the founders intended. Obama is quite clear about his disdain for our founding.

Tyranny – Arbitrary use of government power. Since we no longer are a nation of laws (the Constitution), we have become an increasingly tyrannical country. One screaming example is the use of “eminent domain.” Now the government can take a person’s personal property for any reason they deem the “public good.” This includes forcing you to give up your property to another citizen if the government thinks it would be better used by said citizen. We are now living under “soft tyranny.” Soft tyranny is when tyrannical principles are being applied through legal plunder. Eventually soft tyranny leads to hard tyranny. Hard tyranny is when the government gets to the point of threatening the use of all its power including brute force.

One of the most important powers of a tyrannical, fascist, police state is the power of the media. There can be no doubt to anyone who has a brain that the main stream media in America has given itself over to liberal, leftist government forces. No freedom can be preserved without the power to examine the powerful. The press that is free of government control is the means of accountability for the powerful.

Having said that, when the press itself becomes enamored with the power it is supposed to keep accountable, it becomes a vessel of tyranny. The press must resolve itself to the fact of its responsibility; to report accurately must trump its desire to eat at the king’s table. In this case the press is enamored with Obama. Chris Mathews, one of the “news men” of MSNBC said “I’m going to make sure he succeeds.” referring to [Alleged] President Obama. This is the mindset of the main stream media since they (of their own admission in a poll a few years ago) overwhelmingly vote democrat.

Now let’s talk about the “extremist” word. What does the word mean? It means this; of a kind farthest removed from the ordinary or average.
Now let’s see who is extreme:

Obama has:

1)Increased government central power by 11 trillion dollars.
2) Expanded American tax payer paid abortions around the world.
3) Has fired a private company C.E.O.
4) Has called for government takeover of higher education funding.
5) Has called for the largest year budget in the history of America.
6) Traveled to foreign countries bad mouthing America.
7) Is anti second amendment (based on his voting record).
8) Wants to hire 800 more IRS agents.
9) Believes is wealth redistribution (socialism)
10) Wants to have the government take care of children from birth (his campaign site).
11) Does not believe the Constitution should be taken as intended (so it is open to what he wants it to say).

Hmmm, seems I remember a quote from Thomas Jefferson:

" On every question of construction, let us carry ourselves back to the time when the Constitution was adopted, recoolect the spirit manifested in the debates, and instead of trying to what meaning may be squeezed out of the text, or invented against it, conform to the probable one in which it was passed."

On the other hand, I and others like me believe:

1) The government should not spend what it does not have and should not take what it has no right to.
2) That babies have more rights than terrorists do (abortion is worse than water boarding).
3) That the government has no right to take over businesses and dictate how to run them.
4) Education is best left to the private sector since the evidence is clear that as a whole the government is a failure (with very few exceptions).
5) That the government budget should be only big enough to function according to the Tenth amendment of the Constitution (you know that pesky little document).
6) That we should not speak against our own country on foreign soil.
7) People have a God given right to protect themselves from all enemies both foreign and domestic.
8) Think the IRS is an agency that must be abolished in its present form. The tax code is insane.
9) That people have a right to what they work for and no one has a right to confiscate it to give to others. That is called thievery.
10) Believe that the government is not the parents and needs to stay out of the family.
11) The Constitution is the rule of law. When liberals want to twist it to fit their desire for un-American tyranny, they must be resisted

So I ask you; “Who is the extremist?

A) Traditional Americans who believe the Constitution should be followed along with the common sense of personal responsibility, hard work, and personal property rights?
or

B) A radical leftist president who wants to “remake America” and who has no respect for the Constitution, or it principles of liberty. A man who has done more in 3 months to grab power than all the previous presidents in this nation’s history?

It is not I nor is it those who are in agreement with me that are the “extremists.” We are not far removed from common sense. We are the clear thinkers, the real Constitutional American patriots. It is [Alleged] President Obama, the Democratic Party, and those so called “Republicans” that went along with President Bush’s big government ways. I am not an extremist, I am a Constitutional American!
