"hatemonger!!"

I recieved an email last night from a friend that urged all Americans to boycott products and services made in China and mexico due to the problems it creates for this country, it appeared as a "patriotic call to action."

I happen to agree with these types of email so I responded, adding to the patriotism and deepening the perspective by suggesting that we as Christian Americans should also boycott companies that support the homosexual and pro-abortion agendas and listed them.

The response I received back from the individual did not surprise me because I hear this all the time.

If I have common sense and logic like I feel I do, how can an email about boycotting products from China and Mexico be any different than a boycott on destructive agendas that plague this nation? She insinuates that I am hateful why? Because I believe that killing children is not a choice and that the progression of the homosexual agenda is bad for America?

This country has lost it's marbles and now seems to be creating more ignorance than common sense. If this woman happens to be a public school educator, it is no wonder why we have so many problems.

The email begins here:

My grandson likes Hershey's candy. It is marked made in Mexico now. I do not buy it any more. My favorite toothpaste Colgate is made in Mexico now. I have switched to Crest. You have to read the labels on everything. This past weekend I was at Kroger. I needed 60W light bulbs and Bounce dryer sheets.

I was in the light bulb aisle and right next to the GE brand I normally buy was an off brand labeled, "Everyday Value." I picked up both types of bulbs and compared the stats - they were the same except for the price. The GE bulbs were more money than the Everyday Value brand but the thing that surprised me the most was the fact that GE was made in MEXICO and the Everyday Value brand was made in - get ready for this - the USA in a company in Cleveland , Ohio .

So throw out the myth that you cannot find products you use every day that are made right here.So on to another aisle - Bounce Dryer Sheets....yep, you guessed it, Bounce cost more money and is made in Canada . The Everyday Value brand was less money and MADE IN THE USA!

I did laundry yesterday and the dryer sheets performed just like the Bounce Free I have been using for years and at almost half the price! So my challenge to you is to start reading the labels when you shop for everyday things and see what you can find that is made in the USA - the job you save may be your own or your neighbors! If you accept the challenge, pass this on to others in your address book so we can all start buying American, one light bulb at a time!

Stop buying from China, etc. ...........(We should have awakened to this a decade ago......)Let's get with the program.. help our fellow Americans keep their jobs and create more jobs here in the U.S.A. !!!

My response to the above email:

Great thought!

As Some of us are not only Americans but Christians should we avoid products that support the homosexual and pro-choice agenda as well?

The list of companies supporting these agendas are listed below, this list grows every day, then we may as well include pro-choice sponsors but would have an issue with that because the governments involvement in it using our tax payer dollars to fund abortions.

Come to think of it they sponsor the homos as well and will even teach our kids to accept it in elementary school and already do in Middle and high school through tolerance and diversity whether parents like it or not!!

But We should definitely start somewhere...

She writes back:

Thank God we live in a country where we can speak our mind but you will not get into heaven with that kind of hatred in your heart.

As anyone with any shred of common sense can see not only did I agree with her original statement but when I added the same type of information she viewed me as hateful without regard to herself.

The common problem with this is the liberals will always use the "judgement" card when they can but somehow seem to be the ones that do the judging.Either they can't see what they do or refuse to.

Isn't it also funny, in this liberal created anti-God world, that the liberals without even knowing it use statements that originated in bible scripture, words like Love and peace and Judgement without even knowing what defines them.

"Hate is truth for those who hate the truth"
