Presidential overeach part 1
The Constitution of the United States Article IV, Section 4 indicates that " the United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government . . ."
Both the national and state governments are republican in nature. Republican means that the people's representatives govern according to a written delegation of authority ( The Constitution, rule of Law). This is in contrast to a democratic system in which the representatives govern according to the popular consent(Majority rule) of the people, whether that consent is written or unwritten.
In my continuation from the previous post I thought I would relate some notes to some of today's stories in the news, You be the judge.
Ben Franklin said " When the people find a way to vote themselves money, it will be the end of the Republic" (paraphrased)
Social security according to many sources will be broke in less than 7 years, some feel we are now since we are borrowing money. How is it that the social security administration has moiney to spend on corporate meetings in posh hotels and dance parties?

It seems that the American people have become a succesful generation of welfare recipients, whom have found out how to vote themselves money.recipients.
Carol swain, Vanderbuilt university professor admits Obama's move is toward "socialism" and repetitively says the "end justifies the means". For those who do not know, this statement was made over and over again during the time of the holocaust.
Simply stated, this statement means that whatever we need to fulfill our agenda, in this case what we do to the American people, will be worth it. Eery when you consider what the implications of her statements make when compared to Hitlers reign when the killing of 10 million people was to the end that justified the means that the pure race would emerge.
In the book by David Noebel, Battle for truth, it is explained that when the end justifies the means is terminolgy used by totalitarian governments. They feel It is an acceptable way to convince people to do things, no matter how horrific, because it is for the "greater good" to ease ones concious for the acts they are asked to commit.
So, we have czars, greater good, end justifies means, socialism...getting the picture?
David Shoen, an democratic pollster stated that "with this healthcare we do not know where we are going" Is he thinking that this administration can outsmart the history of Socialism in other countries and the statistics provided in the history asscoiated with it?
Massachuetts and Honolulu, Hawaii both have experimented with Socialized medicine and have found themselves bankrupt. Why does this administration think that just because socialism failed in every other country and all through history and now in Massachusetts and Honolulu Hawaii are claiming it doesn't work would he continue to push it?
Anyone who has a peanut for a brain understands the ramifications of a socialist government.
He doesn't care!! He is on a mission to fulfill his agenda before his popularity runs out, to make us vulnerable for only God knows, I sure don't but it doesn't look good.

Spending? budget projections estimate 4 trilion in 2009 while 50% of this is borrowed?
This administration is delaying their issues on what to do with the Gitmo detainees for six months because they don't know what to do yet but they will force an unread 1000 page healthcare reform bill through that hasn't even been read? Who's side is he on again?
What about the No-bid contracts? Obama said if we cut them out we will save the country 40 billion dollars a year? Brett Blackledge(AP) says these no-bid contracts are GIVEN to disadvantaged companies. 25% of the deptof defense budget were no-bid contracts Welfare anyone?
What about the push for climate change? (why is everything have to be pushed? Because he knows if people get a chance to read it they would vote against it!!)

I would like to begin by saying that I think you are a man with tremendous charisma. I think when you walk into a room you have the ability to put people at ease with your smile and your relaxed demeanor helps others to relax.
I was warmed myself by knowing that we have friends that went to the same high school, one of which is my best friends sister, the fact that we bodysurfed the same beach, ate at the same local food joints, and understand the local way of life in the islands.You appear to be a likable guy and my friends sister says she voted for you simply because "you, Barry, were fun to party with"
This is my perception of you before you became president and the decisions you have and the decisions others have made who folow you thus far. You obviously still have the same effect on those whom still believe in you and the lies that you tell and the legislation you "force" on the American people who are too ignorant to know better.
I must admit you did begin gently by saying that you were not a socialist, promoting socialism, that you wouldn't raise our taxes, that you would fix our economy. Then as time went by after you began taking over banks and the auto industry saying you were not promoting socialism, you began to try to push through nationized healthcare but this time for some reason I haven't heard you say that "this isn't socialism". Are we to understand that because no one has mentioned it we actually are now?
I guess if you tell people something long enough they will believe it or become numb and the terms of anti-american sentiments like "sociaism" will not be as hard to swallow.
Mr. Obama, why does everything you do need to be "pushed" or "forced" through? Is it actually a smoke screen for what is actually hidden legislation written under the radar because you know that the American people would not pass this hidden legislation on it's own?
As for taking the oath of president, didn't you swear to uphold the Constitutiton of the United States? Did you know that upholding it is not a code word for defamtion, defilement, contorting it, manipulating it but to understand it as when it was written? Didn't you say you were a constitutional attorney? It would almost appear that you became a constitutitonal attorney to find ways in which to destroy it rather than uphold it.
I was told as a child that I need to choose my friends carefully because I would be known by my associations. Business and personal relationships know this, why are you exempt?
Why is it that you will not provide enough information to prove your citizenship to put and end to this issue? Why is it you claim to end the "good ol boy network" but nominate your various corrupt associates from Chicago.
Why is it you say you are not a muslim but have family that is, spend your presidency bowing to them, befriending them and promoting them while apologizing for our actions as US citizens?
Isn't it ironic that you claim not to be a muslim but christian? Isn't it ironic that there is the first "rise to Islam" group in Chicago this week and they chant "free speech is "war on Islam."
Didn't you say we were not at war with Islam?If we are not at war with Islam, can a country be at war with itself? Letter written from a soldier in Iraq
Sometimes I come across an email that speaks the truth of my heart in a way that I could not even have expressed it. This is one of those emails. Below is a letter supposedly written from a soldier in Iraq. I do not know if the letter is real but what I can tell you is that I agree with every word and I know for a fact there are others whom agree wholeheartedly. The letter is below:
I was just watching the news, and I caught part of a reporton Michael Jackson. As we all know, Jackson died the otherday. He was an entertainer who performed for decades. He made millions, he spent millions, and he did a lot of things that make him a villain to many people.
I understand that his death would affect a lot of people, and I respect those people who mourn his death, but that isn't the point of my rant.Why is it that when ONE man dies, the whole of America loses their minds with grief.
When a man dies whose only contribution to the country was to ENTERTAIN people, the American people find the need to flock to a memorial in Hollywood, and even Congress sees the need to hold a 'moment of silence' for his passing?Am I missing something here?
ONE man dies, and all of a sudden he's a freaking martyr because he entertained us for a few decades? What about all those SOLDIERS who have died to give us freedom? All those Soldiers who, knowing that they would be asked to fight in a war, still raised their hands and swore to defend the Constitution and the United States of America. Where is their moment of silence?
Where are the people flocking to their graves or memorials and mourning overthem because they made the ultimate sacrifice? Why is it when a Soldier dies, there are more people saying "good riddance," and "Thank God for IEDs?" When did this country become so calloused to the sacrifice of GOOD MEN and WOMEN, that they can arbitrarily blow off their deaths, and instead, throw themselves into mourning for a 'Pop Icon?
'I think that if they are going to hold a moment of silence IN CONGRESS for Michael Jackson, they need to hold a moment of silence for every service member killed in Iraq and Afghanistan. They need to PUBLICLY recognize every life that has been lost so that the American people can live their callous little lives in the luxury and freedom that WE, those that are living and those that have gone on, have provided for them.
But, wait, that would take too much time, because there havebeen so many willing to make that sacrifice. After all, we will never make millions of dollars. We will never star in movies, or write hit songs that the world will listen too. We only shed our blood, sweat, and tears so that people can enjoy what they have.
Sorry if I have offended, but I needed to say it. Feel free to pass this along if you want.Remember these five words the next time you think of someone who is serving in the military:

Homeland Insecurity-Constitutional emergency
Hmmm, This didn't seem to make it into the news either? Wow, What is going on out there that we are being held from? My wife says I have become a "Conspiracy theorist" and that I need to remove my "tin Hat." I get that from people from time to time but I remember not to long ago, people laughed at the idea of a new or one world order or that America was headed straight for Socialism, or that America was on the verge of socio and political-economic collapse and so on.
What do we see now? The move toward Socialism, the movement toward a one world order and the collapse of our political system, our society and our economy. Repeat something long enough whether it be true or fiction, good or bad and the people will become numb and accept anything.
Conspiracy theory? How about "Keep the American people in the dark and keep em busy with deaths of rock stars and hollywood idols and similar trivialities( Death is never trivial only compared to this countries present issues) until the crap hits the fan and they will never know what hit em"

Cass Sunstein, a Harvard Law professor who has been appointed to a shadowy post that will grant him powers that are merely mind-boggling, explicitly supports using the courst to impose a "chilling effect" on speech that might hurt someone's feelings. He thinks that the bloggers have been rampaging out of control and that new laws need to be written to corral them.
Advance copies of Sunstein's new book, "On Rumors: How Falsehoods Spread, Why We Believe Them, What Can Be Done," have gone out to reveiwers ahead of its September Publication date, but considering the prominence with which Sunstein is about to be endowed, his worrying views are fair game now.
Sunstein is President Obama's choice to head the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs.
It's the bland titles that should scare you the most."Although obscure," reported the Wall Street Journal, "the post wields outsize power. It oversees regulations throughout the government, from the EPA to the OSHA. Obama aides have said the job will be crucial as the new administration overhauls financial services regulations, attempts to pass universial health care and tries to forge a new approach to controlling emissions of greenhouse gasses."Sunstein was appointed, no doubt, off the success of "Nudge," his previous book, which suggests that government ought to gently force people to be better human beings.
Czar is too mild a world for what Sunstein is about to become. How about "regulator in chief"? How about "lawgiver"? He is Obama's Obama.In "Oh Rumors," Sunstein reviews how views get cemented in one camp even when people are presented with persuasive evidence to the contrary.
He worries that we are headed for a future in which "people's beliefs are a product of social networks working as echo chambers in which false rumors spread like wildfire."
That future, though, is already here, according to Sunstein. "We hardly need to imagine a world, however, in which people and institutions are being harmed by the rapid spread of damaging falsehoods via the Internet," he writes. "We live in that world. What might be done to reduce the harm?"
Sunstein questions the current libel standard, which requires proving "actual malice" against those who write about public figures, including celebrities. More "negligence" isn't libelious, but Sunstein wonders, "Is it so important to provide breathing space for damaging falsehoods about entertainers?" Caleb rags, get ready to hire more lawyers.
"This is scary stuff folks. I can see this easily going out of control to the point where anyone questions anything that the other person or organization does not like, and those who do the questioning will find themselves with a problem that there will not be enough money to hire the lawyers one will need to defend their rights to free speech. If you think that protecting your guns was important, this far surpasses that!
