Congress and the Repeal the 22nd ammendment

Amendment XXII: section 1 reads:

"No person shall be elected to the office of president more than twice, and no person who has held office of president, or acted as president, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected president shall be elected to office more than once"

I have been reading and communicating with many about constitutional issues and I am told many times "Why do you worry so much, nothing is going to happen, it's the law of the land. It has been there for many years and no one is doing anything to destroy it- You are just paranoid or scared..." or the famous, it wasn't meant to mean that...another instance of "relativism?"

I have read many articles as well as done some research into history, probably more than some to know differently. I have found the ones who tell me not to worry are the ones who, perhaps have never read at all or very little, maybe from unreliable sources.

As I have written in past posts, our first ammendment right has been completely desumated, manipulated and disgraced, our second, fourth ammendments and others are in the works and now, the latest?

I have also written about Obama and his agenda that no one seems to understand or believe, I have written about a larger agenda also that people believe is "conspiracy theory"

What do the two of these have in common? More defacing of our rights and freedoms. Not many know about the 22nd ammendment, perhaps they should become familiar with it quickly if you are concerned about a "dictatorship."

For the layman, it is simply this. If the XXII amendment becomes null and void, we are left with a reigning president who can stay in office as long as they wish irregardless of what the people think of him. We will have a dictatorship much like many other countries like Cuba where Castro has been forever, it seems, Saddam Hussein, Kim Jong-Il just to name a few. This is important and if violated will be one more nail in the coffin of our freedom as individuals and as a country.

It is evident to me that few will bother to speak out until they are affected personally, by then my friends, it will have been too late.

Reality or conspiracy theory? You decide, however the proof is given at the link below.

2009 companies that support the homosexual agenda

Would one now think with the support of so many companies that homosexuality should now not only be accepted but be forced on those who do not believe? Absolutely! There is no shortage of support for what was once illegal, by a law in every state constitution and still is, but now considered as their Constitutional right? Has anyone read the Constituion lately? Remember it was written for a "moral and religious people" according to many of our founding fathers, but who would know that due to the fact that history is being re-written, along with science, and english. Diversity and inclusion? Wow, we are getting immorally creative aren't we.
It is easy for we humans to think we are so smart, just remember there is a consequence for everything we do. Without knowing what the consequences are, are you still willing to continue down this road?

It is our failure as Christians and moral people to stop this behavior while we had the chance;now we will have to deal with the consequences. If we continue to lay down, as we have we can only expect to be forced to conform, and we will won't we? I see little sign of opposition even by those in the church.

Twelve days of Christmas

January 6
In 567 AD, the Council of Tours ended a dispute.
Western Europe celebrated Christmas, December 25, and Eastern Europe celebrated Epiphany, JANUARY 6, recalling the Wise Men's visit and Jesus' baptism.
The Council made all 12 days from December 25 to January 6 "holy days" or "holidays," thus the "Twelve Days of Christmas."
A song from 1625, "In Those Twelve Days," assigned meanings to each day:
"What are they that are but one? We have one God alone...
What are they which are by two? Two testaments, Old and New...
What are they which are but three? Three persons in the Trinity...
What are they which are but four? Four sweet Evangelists there are...
What are they which are but five? Five senses...
What are they which are but six? Six days to labor...
What are they which are but seven? Seven liberal arts hath God sent down...
What are they which are but eight? Eight Beatitudes...
What are they which are but nine? Nine Muses...with sacred tunes...
What are they which are but ten? Ten statutes God to Moses gave...
What are they which are but eleven? Eleven thousand virgins...suffered death for Jesus' sake.
What are they which are but twelve? Twelve attending on God's son."

Thanks to my friend Bill Federer for his incredible research on infomation like this.

Free speech

I suppose the phrase "free speech" to many means exactly what it says, that any one person or persons can say anything they want without being persecuted? Is this it's intent?

If this is so then why are their so many instances where Christians are asked to be quiet, asked to leave while praying in the Cairo district in San francisco, or the man arrested for speaking biblical scripture in front of the liberty bell in Philidelphia, or the OIC at the United nations trying to make speaking against Islam punishable by death in America, how about the fairness doctrine? Silence those in oppositon is the ruling...these examples just to name a few.

How is it we can go by the letter of the above phrase without manipulation to include vile, sacreligious and immoral, disrepectful statements but silence the truth on what founded this great nation.

It is important to know that the American people and people around the world are being duped by a barrage of lies so large that once your eyes have been opened you will not believe the depth and complexity and the ultimate goal for our future.

Our founding fathers never intended "free speech" to mean what the "Supreme Court" and the "ACLU"have desumated it to mean. If anyone knew any history they would understand this as a complete lie and the lies continue un-noticed by American citizens.

The article today where an islamic man was awarded 240,000 for his violation of rights by the ACLU is heresy. If anyone knew history they would understand that Islam is in exact opposition to what America believes but we have become so ignorant that we don't know any better.

I must retract abit in the last statement in that before America was a "multicultural nation" because of our "tolerance" to allow other religions. Other Christian religions at first then to include all religions, which our founding fathers warned us of the dangers, Free speech was included in the Bill of rights, in this nation built to further "Christianity" to allow the freedom to express our beliefs in Christ no to supress them. The Bill of Rights being part of the Constitution makes it part of the documents that our founding fathers specifically stated was for a "moral and religious people." Religious meant for Christianity not to include all others. If we are not either, they realized that this law of the land would have no meaning.

As I have written before, the ACLU (American Communist Lawyer Association), the Supreme court and others could not accurately site or interpret the Constitution if their lives depended on it. Sadly our lives do.

Please America, wake up before it is too late!!!

Obamas citizenship continued...

I was at the checkout in the grocery store last night and to my surprise I saw Obamas face on a magazine!!! The surprise surely wasnt his face but what was written about him.

Headline reads: " where Obama was really born" Please see the article here http://www.globemagazine.com/
I was so shocked that any media outlet would finally write the truth about this guy.
I have read articles for over two years with regards to his citizenship and with the evidence presented I believe strongly that not only is he not a citizen and not qualified to be the president via the Constitution, the media has continued to lie and protect him from having to answer any questions that may implicate him.
There are 7 lawsuits that I am aware of in regards to having him prove his citizenship and they are being thrown out left and right.
I have spoken to many people who trust and believe in him so strongly they tell me that "it doesn't matter if he is not a citizen." My question to them was "So you think it is ok to violate the law of the land in order for him to be president?" They all say that that is no big deal and that it has to be better than "the last eight years of Bush"
Do people realize what they are saying anymore? Are we willing to sell ourselves to the Devil because we do not like Gods judgement upon us? Let's just sell ourselves out now?
He is not the "Messiah"
Wake Up America, we are an ignorant, selfish, spoiled-rotton and asleep.

Visit from a friend

I had a visit with a great friend that I have known for 35 years. He and his family come here from Hawaii each year to spend time with ours and to enjoy the Winter weather. We were blessed to have a storm come through the area and give them the snow that is so rarely found in the islands.

He had began his Winter visits about three years ago, when he came with another friend of ours and enjoyed the vacation so much we have continued the tradition.

The vacation relaxation and maximum enjoyment factor may have changed for my friend since I was awakened to an urgency that was almost undescribable two years ago. I was awakened to an unquechable desire for knowledge both biblically and politically, desiring the truth for each and their application not only of the world but for our country, our state and as individuals.

I began his trip last year with a compilation of commentaries from a friend of mine, Coach Dave Daubenmire, who was sued by the ACLU for praying with his high school football team in New London, Ohio, who has, since dedicated the rest of his life to preaching the truth on the same issues as I feel led to educate others about. He, through Christ, is my mentor.

We had began listening shortly after I picked him up and before three of the commentaries had finished, he politely asked me if we could listen to music or something that was more "posistive" because the commentaries were regarding the most contraversial issues that plague the world today.I told him since I had his attention for a few hours I would have him listen to these commentaries because I wasn't sure he would take the time to listen if we were apart. I told him this would be all I would bother him with this trip not realizing what would happen the following year.

This year began much the same way but I promised myself I would not batter him like I did the previous year but it didn't take long before we were conversing about what I had learned through my research of the previous year and in many issues it was apparent that we did not agree.

I have had very few true friends in my life and I value them. It is important for me to explain that I love my friends in such a way that I am willing to sacrifice those frienships in order for them to get the truth.

John is not one who I would say who spends much time researching issues like I do. He has a full business and a crew to run as well as a family. I, on the other hand, am soon in need for work and have taken advantage of the slow time to become more educated and I enjoy it.

John is like many people I know, in one aspect, in that he finds so many of these contraversial issues so hard to believe. He believes that People and governments are generally good and that most people make decisions according to their good conscience. He believes that these people have respect for religion, the law and the Constitution as the law of the land. He believes that the Media tells the truth and that people do not generally lie especially in positions like leadership and the media. He does not seem too aware about bad things that are so far fetched that they can't possibly have any validity.

My friend John is the happiest, most kind-hearted, ecologically-friendly, self-professed Christian that I know. Sometimes I wonder if I would have that happiness if I didn't know what I do as well. Does "Ignorance is Bliss" really hold true?

I ask myself, frequently, How with all of the reading and research I do in order to find the truth, can I not be effective in educating others on issues that are so important that if they continue not knowing will become dangerous for future generations? How is it that we have become so numb to our surroundings that we will not believe something IS until it happens to us personally?

If my friend who has known me forever does not believe what I tell him, how will I get anyone else to?

Excited at times I feel truly blessed to know what I know, however knowing for myself is not where the true blessings come from, it is in finding those who are willing to listen and begin to research for themselves to find the truth that isn't hard to find if one would just look.

I love my friends and have a deep respect for them for who they are and the fact that put up with me as long as they have. I would do anything for them and I hope they realize that includes not being afraid to "call a spade a spade" and being up front in every way.

I sincerely hope that our trips continue in the future and one day I may have others see what I see and that I may create a hunger for truth and knowledge as was given to me.

JOB 17:5 "He that speaketh flattery to his friends, even the eyes of his children shall fail"

Job 19:21 Have pity upon me, have pity upon me, O yea my friends; for the hand God hath touched me.

Joh 15:13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

Emancipation Proclamation January 1, 1862

By the President of the United States of America:A PROCLAMATION
Whereas on the 22nd day of September, A.D. 1862, a proclamation was issued by the President of the United States, containing, among other things, the following, to wit:

"That on the 1st day of January, A.D. 1863, all persons held as slaves within any State or designated part of a State the people whereof shall then be in rebellion against the United States shall be then, thenceforward, and forever free; and the executive government of the United States, including the military and naval authority thereof, will recognize and maintain the freedom of such persons and will do no act or acts to repress such persons, or any of them, in any efforts they may make for their actual freedom.

"That the executive will on the 1st day of January aforesaid, by proclamation, designate the States and parts of States, if any, in which the people thereof, respectively, shall then be in rebellion against the United States; and the fact that any State or the people thereof shall on that day be in good faith represented in the Congress of the United States by members chosen thereto at elections wherein a majority of the qualified voters of such States shall have participated shall, in the absence of strong countervailing testimony, be deemed conclusive evidence that such State and the people thereof are not then in rebellion against the United States."

Now, therefore, I, Abraham Lincoln, President of the United States, by virtue of the power in me vested as Commander-In-Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States in time of actual armed rebellion against the authority and government of the United States, and as a fit and necessary war measure for supressing said rebellion, do, on this 1st day of January, A.D. 1863, and in accordance with my purpose so to do, publicly proclaimed for the full period of one hundred days from the first day above mentioned, order and designate as the States and parts of States wherein the people thereof, respectively, are this day in rebellion against the United States the following, to wit:

Arkansas, Texas, Louisiana (except the parishes of St. Bernard, Palquemines, Jefferson, St. John, St. Charles, St. James, Ascension, Assumption, Terrebone, Lafourche, St. Mary, St. Martin, and Orleans, including the city of New Orleans), Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia (except the forty-eight counties designated as West Virginia, and also the counties of Berkeley, Accomac, Morthhampton, Elizabeth City, York, Princess Anne, and Norfolk, including the cities of Norfolk and Portsmouth), and which excepted parts are for the present left precisely as if this proclamation were not issued.
And by virtue of the power and for the purpose aforesaid, I do order and declare that all persons held as slaves within said designated States and parts of States are, and henceforward shall be, free; and that the Executive Government of the United States, including the military and naval authorities thereof, will recognize and maintain the freedom of said persons.
And I hereby enjoin upon the people so declared to be free to abstain from all violence, unless in necessary self-defence; and I recommend to them that, in all case when allowed, they labor faithfully for reasonable wages.

And I further declare and make known that such persons of suitable condition will be received into the armed service of the United States to garrison forts, positions, stations, and other places, and to man vessels of all sorts in said service.
And upon this act, sincerely believed to be an act of justice, warranted by the Constitution upon military necessity, I invoke the considerate judgment of mankind and the gracious favor of Almighty God.
