Will there be a "bailout?"

I read an article in the BW in which the writer was explaining about how we deserved a bailout within the same paragraph mentioning, appearing hopeful that Barack "Hussein Obama and his new appointees will "come to our rescue.". The writer continues on how "We" are the backbone of America and how hard we have worked for so long to get what we have, about those of us who have not missed payments on our mortgages or defaulted on our credit cards, about how we should try to find a way to tell our children "santa will not be bringing presents this year etc...

I would venture to guess that this particular writer not only voted for Obama but voted for him in hopes that he would be the one to give them all of the government programs he promised. Very few people realize the econonomic effects that these government programs.

As I have written before:

Why do you put more hope in the government for your freedom than you do in yourself? Why do you trust the government with your money than you do yourself? If you answered that "I dont", think again. The concept is quite simple really, limited government remains in control of the people, lesser taxes put more money in your pocket by paying less taxes, paying less taxes puts more money in your pocket...

Paying less taxes puts more money in your pocket
Paying less taxes puts more money in your pocket...

We do not need a bailout, no one does, if the companies fail, they fail and they should because either the goods and services were not what the people wanted or for the shady financial practices that the people in these companies have been performing for years prior to their crisis.

Benjamin Franklin once said "if we figured out how to vote in money, that would be the end of the Republic". America was founded as a "Constitutional Republic" not a "Democracy." I would tend to believe not many BW readers care much for the Constitution, the way it was written, or how the documents came into being. This is most eveident by the writer asking " Where is our Handout?"

It may become of interest to the writers and the readers to read the Constitution, Bill of Rights and read the quotes from our framers to understand what a blessing we have to have the freedoms we enjoy and that there is no freedom away from God or our "God-given rights".

The more you read the more you will realize how we, with this new administration will be more subject to oppression than ever before. Putting faith in people or government will always dissappoint, it is only faith in God that can restore morality, dignity, respect and our individual freedom.

As time draws nearer to the end I can only ask that you "Wake Up America"

Is it Constitutional?

I hear often the phrase, "Is it Constitutional?"
As corrupt as our government is it is important to realize what "Is Constitutional" and What "Isn't Constitutional". Our founding fathers never meant for our Constitution to be manipulated or considered "Relative" by it's people or our judges.

Here are just a few of the usurpations of today's government:

In light of the war powers clauses of the Constitution we have an individual Right to a government that does not apply the armed forces of the United States in hostilities overseas without a declaration of war; the invasion of Iraq was unconstitutional.

In light of the money clauses of the constitution the Federal Reserve System is unconstitutional.
We, the people have not authorized the government to give or lend public money or credit to private corporations for definitively private purposes. The Treasury and Fed bailouts are unconstitutional.

We, the people have not authorized the government to create a North American union that would, for all intents and purposes, erase our northern and southern borders. The development of a North American Union is unconstitutional.

In light of the privacy clauses of the constitution, the USA PATRIOT ACT is unconstitutional,
and the developing police state is unconstitutional.

In light of the tax clauses of the constitution, the direct, un-apportioned tax on labor is unconstitutional.

In light of the Second Amendment, federal gun control laws are unconstitutional.

In light of the Second Amendment, the absence of well-regulated state militias is unconstitutional.

In light of the “faithfully execute” clause of the Constitution, the President’s failure to faithfully execute the immigration and naturalization laws is unconstitutional.

In light of the “natural born citizen” clause of the Constitution, it is unconstitutional for Mr. Obama to assume the office of President of the United States, no matter the number of people who voted for him, without proof of citizenship.

In light of the spirit and intent of the Constitution, it is unconstitutional for the Government to conduct elections that do not rely on paper ballots that are hand-marked and hand-counted with results announced and posted at each polling place.

In light of the First Amendment, Government officials are obligated to respond to the People’s Petitions for Redress of Grievances/violations of the Constitution.

When a long train of abuses, usurpations and refusals to respond to Petitions for Redress of violations of the Constitution evinces a conspiracy to transition our Constitutional Republic to a pure democracy, or to otherwise strip us of our Liberties and reduce us to serfdom under absolute despotism, "it is the right of the People to alter the Government, pro-actively, non-violently and with critical mass. "

Our own ignorance will ultimatley confirm our complete collapse of our economy and our society.

Corrupt and dysfunctional government

I often wonder if people realize how corrupt our government really is. Rather than pointing out the issues, this time around, I thought I would give some quotes in history I received from a friend about government.

"To read without reflecting, is likened to eating without digesting" Edmund Burke

-ÒIn my view, the Christian religion is the most important and one of the first things in which all children, under a free government ought to be instructed...No truth is more evident to my mind than that the Christian religion must be the basis of any government intended to secure the rights and privileges of a free people. Ó [Source: 1828, in the preface to his American Dictionary of the English Language]

-ÓLet it be impressed on your mind that God commands you to choose for rulers just men who will rule in the fear of God,[Exodus 18:21]. . . . If the citizens neglect their duty and place unprincipled men in office, the government will soon be corrupted . . . If our government fails to secure public prosperity and happiness, it must be because the citizens neglect the Divine commands, and elect bad men to make and administer the laws. [Noah Webster, The History of the United States (New Haven: Durrie and Peck, 1832), pp. 336-337, 49]

"There is no nation on earth powerful enough to accomplish our overthrow. Our destruction, should it come at all, will be from another quarter. From the inattention of the people to the concerns of their government, from their carelessness and negligence. I must confess that I do apprehend some danger. I fear that they may place too implicit a confidence in their public servants and fail properly to scrutinize their conduct; that in this way they may be made the dupes of designing men and become the instruments of their own undoing.
"When asked the question, "What is the greatest thought that ever passed through your mind?" Daniel Webster responded: "My accountability to God. Daniel Webster

Again, the very idea that God has no place in politics is purely a fabricated lie. The reason why the lie is perceived as truth is simply because it is easier; that people would rather live their lives without any acountability, morality, dignity or respect for one another. As our moral society crumbles I can only hope that it is not too late to awaken to see what we have done, to seek Gods face and heal or land. (2 Chronicles 7:14)

People amused by economic decline

I have read lately, blogger responses to articles mostly, about so many people who are excited that our economy is in complete collapse. They are happy that those who are well financed are losing it all. Hundreds of thousands of people who have worked so hard becoming something from nothing at all are now the laughing stock of the liberal left. The same people who corrupted the phrase "Fairness", "hate speech", "equal rights."

The same group that thinks that the government can just print more money, that it comes without ceasing from the government and the more they print the better the economy will be. They feel they are entitled, that the government owes them a particular lifestyle. Perhaps they are not aware that the wealthiest 5%, losing their wealth in a big way, pay all of the taxes for all of these government "entitlement programs" the entitlees, of which they enjoy free medical, food, housing while they laugh thinking it will not affect them.

This once again proves the ignorance of those who laugh at and bite the hand that feeds them. Not knowing anything about economics, morality, fairness, respect or equal rights or the law will be the ultimate collapse of every aspect of society if the liberals are left to man the helm.

Is it their fault? No. The true conservatives gave it up years ago and abandoned their own ship not only surrenduring unto the pirates but becoming pirates themselves;straying from their own strict values that held the party together.

Yes, we are all in this together but until we try to come together in some commonality we will certainly destroy ourselves. One thing I found ironic was that so many people do not see the decline looking out their own window.

There is a saying that I remember: "He who laughes last laughs best". I am certainly not one to laugh at anothers hardships nor can I understand if we are to live in "peace and harmony", as they say, that we would continue to laugh at something that we will eventually find out isn't funny at all.

Ignorance is bliss. Wake Up America!!

Government corruption?

"that whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government..."
The Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776

I have had several conversations over the last few months, including calling in to a local radio show about the direction this country is going and I was surprised to hear their answers.

Our conversations are usually instigated by myself asking questions to those around me either in the grocery store, the gym, or waiting in line at the bank. I love conversation with others and have been consumed with trying to find out what people know about current events or any sort of history, politics and/or religion.

Although this topic spans out into such a wide spectrum, I tried to find out specifically if they thought this government was corrupt and if they thought so what should be done.

Not to my surprise I found out that , generally, people who believe in God and that God was instrumental in the founding of this nation think that we are in deep trouble in every way imaginable. On the contrary, those who do not believe in God think this country is on the right track and on the way to recovery.

When I asked the believers if they thought the government was corrupt they unanimously believed that this election really opened their eyes to what was happening, not only due to the outcome of the election but what they had seen on both sides from both parties. The corruption is worse than ever.

When I asked the non-believers, they mostly became angry and began to speak of how bad President Bush was and the big spending and the war in Iraq. They believe that the Bush administration is responsible for all the worlds problems and that Obama will be the one to really fix things. When I asked how they thought he would accomplish this, they seem to draw a blank and interjected "government programs."

I had asked everyone if they knew anything about the Constitution and very few from either side seemed to even though they had mentioned how un-constitutional the Bush administration was. ( which was true in many instances)

I had mentioned several issues that I had heard through varius media sources relating to contraversial issues like Obamas citizenship, his complete unwillingness to feel the need to answer any questions that he did not feel were necessary, his associations with various people, his possible involvement with the latest scheme with the governor of Illinois, his astronomical list of promises to his constituents that he is beginning to back away from, skewing his timelines on completion dates for his "change," his promise for "change" itself by re-nominating the same members from previous administrations, his unhurried approach to "end the war" like he had promised.

Not that the past administration didn't have it's share of problems, it did, but I figured I would ask questions relating to our future and that we seem to have moved on to the new administration even before the old has not left yet (which is unconstitutional)and anything about Bush seems to have lost importance.

I need to make clear that corruption in government is not a new phenomenon and does exist in both parties and is of epidemic proportions where no one appears to be immune, this is not in any way only about Obama, moreso about ther trends of the new administration.

My point is that for some unknown reason, there is clearly defined difference in mindset, we as Americans are truly divided on core issues and this will continue to be a problem until it is recognized as a problem.

In my conversation last night with the radio host I told him that the third paragraph of the

Declaration of Independence states that "if the government becomes corrupt to these ends it is the duty of the people to alter or abolish it.

He quickly said that he didn't see any corruption and that " we can't just go off on our government" almost insinuating that I was an anarchist as others have said to me before. I told him I was doing as the caller before me was in that I was stating what is written in the Declaration of Independence, trying to educate so many of those who have no desire to read it.

Isn't it interesting that we can adhere so closely to some parts of the constitution while manipulating or eliminating others?

My questions:

Why do our leaders feel that the Constitutiton is there to be manipulated, trampled, mocked and disrespected?

If our leaders swore to uphold it why won't they?

Why does Obama refuse to show proof of citizenship?( and hire 3 attorneys to prevent him from having to)

Why does he not have to answer questions?

Why is it that no matter what dirt comes up about our president-elect,or his party members, it is swept under the rug?

How is it that we have Americans who support the shinanigans of our circus congress and feel there is no problem?

How can a president elect or any other politician swear in on anything other than the bible?

What and where is our guarantee of accountability?

How is it that no one , including the media questions some of these serious issues? Why can people not see the strange opnipotent-like trance and fixation on what they believe is "super-human" answer to human races problems.

How is it that there is someone who has many questionable attributes and associations and can remain blameless and pure?

SOMETHING IS WRONG!!!!!!!

Harry Reid, Barney Frank, Hank Paulson, Ben Bernanke and our queen of the house, Nancy Pelosi and many others along with the " new, improved Obama cabinet" will have their chance to come through on a promise they made years ago to become transparent, and clean the corruption of Washington, well, we can see how that is going so far.

The only way the constitution can be upheld is to have respect for it, not manipulate it.

Same sex marriage and homosexuality un-constitutional

The Fairness doctrine un-constiitutional

Silencing free speech is un-constitutional

Denying one faith over another is unconstitutional

Making negative speech of another and having it punishable by law or even death is unconstitional. http://aclj.org/TrialNotebook/Read.aspx?id=697

Silencing our expressions/ speech of a particlar politician, including the president-elect is unconstitutional

silencing freedom of religion is unconstitutional

wire-tapping is a violation of privacy which is unconstitutional

denying our right to bare arms is unconstitutional

government funded and endorsed killing of innocent babies is unconstitutional

Bailouts are unconstitutional

violating the will of the people is unconstitutional ( bailouts, prop 8, etc )

non-citizenship of a president is unconstitutional

The right for judges to make laws is unconstitutional

The tolerance of judges to not have to question constitutionality but instead be apathetic is unconstitutional

The list goes on and on and this is a small list of the constitutitonal violations that have been commited not including things that our leaders that have done that are immoral and/or unlawful.

In short, If you happen to be a reader that believes that our government is not corrupt "moral relativism" really has pickled your brain. The good thing about this syndrome is that someday, possibly, it will go away and you will see what the rest of us can see quite clearly...the question is, will you be happy with what you see when you awaken?

If you have no respect for the Constitution nor care for what it stands for, it is only due to your ignorance in what it means for each one of us individually and collectively as a nation. One day you will realize the mistake that was made by giving it up, when it is too late, when you are oppressed by your government, paying higher taxes, no longer owning property, firearms, personal belongings, no longer having the freedom to believe or do as you choose. You will be soley responsible for enslaving your future generations and your fellow Americans.

I love America, our flag, our history, our troops and honor the sacrifices that have been made to keep our freedoms but I would rather have the constitution destroyed as the "law of the land" and remove our flag rather than to have spoiled, immoral, un-biblical, unlawful, un-patriotic, anti-American multi-culturalists and Christian-haters manipulate, contort and disrespect something that was to be revered, charished, respected and honored.

Our nation as it stands now is not only an embarrasment to many of us but to our founding fathers and almighty God!

May God help us.

What is "Fairness?"

Fairness is a word that has become as "relative" as so many other words and the society in which it is used.

Wikipedia states that "fairness" is the conformity to rules or standards or the ability to make judgements free from discrimination or dishonesty.

Dictionary.com states "fairness" is that Instead of returning tit for tat, evil for evil, bad for bad, God says,"I want you to not try to get even, but you take the moral high ground and you return fairness to the very people who hurt you, who are unfair to you."

As a child growing up "fairness " was doing something that was equal for both sides, or for all parties involved. I believed that "fairness" was a basic concept and included a degree of morality as most things pertaining to life today seem to be without."Fairness" imposed by selfish individuals, as stated by "The Law, by Frederic Bastiet, will never be accomplished.

So in understanding "fairness" I would like to raise several questions in the hope of getting them answered.

1. Is life fair?
2. Who decides what is fair?
3. To what great lengths are we to go to acheive fairness?
4. Can "fairness truly be acheived?

Is Abortion fair? Is it fair for a child to be aborted when it has not had the "freedom of choice" that all humans claim and are entitled to as our God given right? If it is fair what is fair about it?

Is it fair that some people live longer than others? That some are sick more frequently than others? that some people are more accident prone, that some are wealthier, better looking, have larger families, smaller families, have more girls than boys, more or less pets? How about where we live? Is it fair that some people get to live on the beach while others live several blocks away or many miles away?
How about marriage? Is it fair that some people stay married longer than others, have better homes, jobs, wages?

It seems that our new, larger, more invasive government seems to want to impose and control, with the people's blessing, "fairness" among many other things and will go to great lengths to do it.

Sure,it is a great ideal but is it possible and does the government have the right to impose such control? The new wave of "Obamanites" think that the new larger government is welcome in our lives because "they will save us" and with the governments involvement we will acheive "peace and harmony."

The much talked about "fairness doctrine" at first glance to those who do not know about it appears to be a great idea, equal time for both sides across the board for liberals and conservatives.Their objective states that wherever one side shares their views, equal time needs to be given to the oppostion.

If this is really true then I wonder why the mainstream media only reports and promotes the "liberal perspective" unless something can be used against the conservatives.

This election was a classic example of what would happen if this doctrine was imposed. We could not be able to question Obama's citizenship, we could not speak against the president-elect or his party or hold anyone accountable including the detestable corruption in congress. Has someone forgotten that the president was to be elected "by the people", for the people?" By the citizens not being allowed to get their questions answered or recieve any sort of accountability would seem much more like a dictatorship than a "constitutional republic."

It is a violation of our constitutional right to "free speech" as well as a violation of our individual liberty,The ultimate goal is to silence conservative views and is easily seen in the mainstream media today.

Fairness,in my opinion, will never be achieved by government or any group of people because ,quite simply,Life is not fair.Due to our " selfish nature" as humans, apart from God and any sort of morality or respect for one another there will be no way to achieve such an ideology.

There is no one that is capable of dictating the boundaries of "fairness" because there will always be a desire to put ourselves before others, look at any group or government, it is all about obtaining power to oppress others to further their selfish agendas.

As humans we will continue to try to acheive this fantasy because, although impossible, it sounds good. Now that we have elevated ourselves in the place of "God" we can now control life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness and now have the power to control our own destiny, or so we think. We will be unsuccessful at every attempt and succeed in dividing ourselves further from unity as people thus pushing ourselves further from the intended goal.

To those who do not understand, simply stated, "fairness" will be used to further silence any oppostion to the government and promoting the special interest groups who stand to benefit from it.

Ignorant Americans, why is it that you feel that the government would do a better job directing your life than you would? Do you not feel bought out? do you not want to enjoy your freedoms, to do and go as you choose?

If this is the decision you have made and want government control for your life, is it fair to impose your choice for enslavement and oppression upon those who enjoy freedom and liberty that were the resons of the foundations of this country?

If you prefer tyranny and oppression there are many countries in which you could live, why not consider relocating and spare us the disasterous consequences that history has proven time and time again, for history repeats itself for those who know nothing of it.
